    I had a really great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Simpsonville. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The receptionist was super friendly, and even gave me free cookies at check-in, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out to me was how kind everyone was, not just at the front desk but also in the breakfast area. The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting with clearing plates and trash, which made the whole experience feel very warm and comfortable. The breakfast itself was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including an iron, hair dryer, and a fridge. I also appreciated that they offer free laundry, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. The service was consistently friendly all the way through check-out, which made the whole experience even better.

    It’s not super fancy, obviously, but this was such a nice place to stay. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast selection is pretty good, and sometimes there’s warm cookies waiting for you at the front desk.

    Love this Holiday Inn. The staff is great always welcoming guests with a smile. Whenever we drive up for South Carolina women basketball games we always stay here. It a very nice hotel the rooms are always clean and comfortable and convenient for restaurants and shopping. Close to the Gamecocks arena. Thank you Staff for making it a wonderful stay.

    I am awaiting a full refund. I called ~ 8 pm to confirm a feather free room as I was traveling in and have a severe feather allergy. The team confirmed that there were no feather pillows at hotel, which was dishonest. I arrived exhausted around 11 pm to find that after checking in the room was not only on first floor (I asked for higher floors due to being a single woman and a safety concern) but I still got into the first floor regardless of other options available. The shower had crusty and dried washcloths hanging from the shower. I am very disgusted, but lady at front was apologetic and kind. This was very disappointing because the reviews were positive, but I will not come back for travel due to this experience.
