Everything about this place was amazing every time we go nothing but good things come. at night Paul was such a sweet man and left a smile on my face then in the morning the lady at the front (I forgot to ask for her name) was so nice and let me get breakfast before they closed down breakfast. She even helped me to stack all the food I got for my sister and brother in law! Thank you so much again for letting us stay here, this place is a must when coming back to Greenville!!!!š

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
The moment you walk into the lobby, there's an unpleasant smell, and the whole place feels muggy and poorly maintained. The front desk staff didn't help the experience at allāthe woman at check-in had a noticeably rude and unwelcoming attitude.
The hallways were hot, and my room was no better. I had to set the AC to the lowest temperature just to get any relief. The window above the AC unit was dirty, the TV remote felt gross, and the chair in the room was stained. It really made the room feel unclean overall.
The bathroom was another major issue. The shower curtain wouldn't stay up and kept sliding down, causing water to spill all over the floor. Because of that, the bottom of the bathroom door is peeling-it's clear this has been a problem for a while and not properly fixed.
For the price and being part of the Hilton brand, I expected way better. This stay was uncomfortable from start to finish and I do not recommend this location.

Good Hampton to stay at. Rooms were clean and cared for. Food was predictably Hampton, it was fresh and good. Staff were attentive and courteous. Good stay, will do it again.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First I tried giving them a call because I thought that maybe I had double booked my room, but every time I called them it would instantly hang up. Whatever. I ended up figuring it out. Then when we went to check in, the guy at the front desk didnāt even greet us, acknowledged us properly, nor ask if we had a reservation. He just instantly asked for the last name on the room and came off extremely rude. We checked in and when we got to the room, there was a controller on the ground that had fallen out from the wall. It was the controller for the window blinds, and the best part was that it didnāt even work. They sent a maintenance man to come check it out and he was the absolute sweetest and instantly moved us to a different room. Except the other room was probably just as worse because the air conditioner didnāt work properly, but since itās cold outside we just decided to tuff it out.
When we checked out, i noticed that they charged us way more than what i was originally supposed to be charged. Turns out the receptionist didnāt even bother telling us that there was a security deposit that was placed. I was extremely unhappy about that. The only good part about the hotel was that it was close to the amphitheater, but other than that itās a negative score from me.
Definitely never coming back to this place again.
