This is a two-star hotel pretending to be a three-star hotel. The rooms aren't cleaned very well, have a horrible odor, the air conditioning unit sounds like a tank, the pool is just a hole in the ground, the breakfast doesn't have a working juice machine, and I keep finding someone else's hair and pubes. I paid 150 per night when in reality it feels like I should have paid 80 per night

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First I tried giving them a call because I thought that maybe I had double booked my room, but every time I called them it would instantly hang up. Whatever. I ended up figuring it out. Then when we went to check in, the guy at the front desk didn’t even greet us, acknowledged us properly, nor ask if we had a reservation. He just instantly asked for the last name on the room and came off extremely rude. We checked in and when we got to the room, there was a controller on the ground that had fallen out from the wall. It was the controller for the window blinds, and the best part was that it didn’t even work. They sent a maintenance man to come check it out and he was the absolute sweetest and instantly moved us to a different room. Except the other room was probably just as worse because the air conditioner didn’t work properly, but since it’s cold outside we just decided to tuff it out. When we checked out, i noticed that they charged us way more than what i was originally supposed to be charged. Turns out the receptionist didn’t even bother telling us that there was a security deposit that was placed. I was extremely unhappy about that. The only good part about the hotel was that it was close to the amphitheater, but other than that it’s a negative score from me. Definitely never coming back to this place again.

Upon check in was informed they had changed policy to charge 20.00 for early check in we could have been nice to be informed. Than first room they gave us blind was broken in the room no way to let light in and the night stand was coming out of the wall. Gave me a new room 2nd room looked good but soon realized the cushion to the couch was missing, the shower door barely opened and the sink drained super slow than when AC came on all we could smell was cat piss and we played down to find a tick on our pillow, bed was super hard and pillows lumpy. I always stay at a Hilton but this was by far the worse we stayed here before and no issues so don't know what is going on. Went to breakfast and the western omelettes were hard around edges, han was cold, I am really disappointed in this Hilton Hotel I guess we will need to find a new one in the area we go there every year to visit my sister. I cannot recommend. The only plus was the night manager tried his best to help the girl during the day when I checked out did not apologize or act like she even cared other than oh let me write it down. The three is for the night manager if it was the day girl one

We were a part of a very unfortunate experience while staying with a room block for a wedding. It was extremely mismanaged on the hotel’s side. We were riding with a friend from Atlanta, we all checked in, and at 4 pm the night before the wedding (as we are in the car), the hotel called our friend saying she no longer had her room due to “uncontrollable circumstances.” Our friend had booked after the group code expired, and anyone who didn’t book within that code got kicked out of the hotel even if they booked and digitally checked in. We understand things happen, and the hotel said they’d cover her stay at a hotel three minutes away. She receives her reservation, and they only booked it for Saturday night, but she was on the hook to figure out that night. We tried working with the hotel, and it it was a mess. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Ultimately, our friend didn’t end up coming and missed the wedding. Husband and I got in around midnight trying to figure all this out. Again, we recognize things happen, but the staff was extremely unhelpful. As a last resort, we asked the hotel to refund our room so the three of us could all just rebook somewhere else together (we were our friend’s transportation). We got a no. I know there’s hotel and corporate policies, but a concession would have been greatly appreciated. Also our blinds didn’t work to open so we were basically in a dark hole the whole time.
