The carpet had a large hole in the middle of the floor, the furniture was in bad condition, we had to press stop on the microwave instead of start to get it to work....which took some time to figure out, and the shower floor was cracked. I kept thinking it can't get worse until the cockroach crawled across the floor in the bathroom.

The gym had a good bit of equipment. But part of the cable machine was broken and there were not towels in the cubbies. Breakfast selection was decent, but could provide better options.
