I am a Hilton Honors member but that didn’t seem to help. I continuously get knocked off bc of unstable internet. Front desk Checkin lady was super nice and helpful tonight. Everything is very nice like the other 5 star reviews. It’s not a far drive from Clemson Univ & is closer to Lake Keowee where we like to eat dinner at California’s .

I had to stay here for the location but I was very disappointed in the room and service. Specifically, the shower didn’t drain so I had to shower standing in water. The water didn’t get hot. There was no soap and the front desk refused to bring any soap and additional towels. The room was not clean like normal Hampton Inn rooms. I am very disappointed overall and regret staying there-especially since it was very overpriced that night. I will never stay there again.
