  Ashley at the front desk was awesome so helpful and friendly, dee at the bar when we arrived made us feel right at home, she went above and beyond even offered to go to our room and check the slippery floor for my disabled aunt. Excellent service. Bed was comfortable an hotel was clean.

  I had a opportunity to stay there this weekend with my mother. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff was phenomenal. Will definitely be visiting again. I’m a very happy customer .

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Santee. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. One of my favorite parts was the heated pool—just make sure to let them know if it’s cold so they can adjust it for you. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! I only have videos no photos, but I’m a person who leaves reviews every place that I stay and I highly recommend

  We travel to santee yearly for family gatherings. This has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had. We are now on day three with out AC in our room 224. We have went out and purchased a fan for our room. No lock on the bedroom door, no lock on bathroom door, trash still haven't been taken out and we are day 3, also no phone to call the front desk. No house cleaning done at all. I'm so glad this is our last night here. Each day we have to go to the front desk and complain. I will be asking for a full refund since nothing has been done to accommodate my family. Never again will I stay at this Holiday Inn in Santee, South Carolina. Front desk has explained that he had to tell other guest that are also staying that they had talked with housecleaning personal but they still are not doing their job. They said they have Very disappointed in this location and Holiday Inn.

  My coworker and finished a job early down in Florida, and we’re able to get on the road back north before schedule. . Although we didn’t have our rooms booked at the Holiday Inn in Santee six hours before check-in, we were able to get them and get them at great rates. When we arrived at the hotel, it was clean well lit outside and spotless in the lobby. When we got to the front desk, one room was checked in perfectly, but there was an issue with the second room. The front desk attendant, Sandra, not only had an amazing attitude, but also got the room situation figured out quickly. Upon entering my room, it was clean organized and had all the amenities. This was a great night’s stay, I recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Santee.
