I'm a IHG Holiday Inn Member with the app. I stay at this hotel when I travel. I decided to drive further down the road. I did not stay at the hotel and the points don't show up on my IHG Holiday Inn app. This is not good business. I'm a business client. It's not about the $178.00. It's the fact that I literally canceled minutes later as fast as I booked it hours before check in time.

Personal contents went missing with not help or explanation. I will never return cause I’m not confident in the integrity of the staff Edited: there is a reference number sent to the hotel for them to investigate
