- NLNatalie LutherDec 21, 20255.0Nice quiet place right off the interstate. Very pro puppers! Pretty clean, lots of space for the fur babies to explore outside. Only complaint would be a couple of outlets didn't work. Victoria got us checked in quickly and efficiently, even joined us and other guests at laughing at our GSD Toa crying outside while we were checking in. Cleaning staff greeted us in the morning when we walked by them cleaning other rooms. But Chelsea was the 🌟SUPERSTAR🌟 of the staff!! Our car wouldn't start in the morning, and she brought hers over and help us jump ours. She even said hi to Toa (most people run away from her bc of her breed). This is, in our opinion, is above and beyond stellar customer service! Amazing staff!!

My stay was so pleasant, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Victoria.. when we got to our room, it was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets were actually WHITE not stained. The room smelled clean, the bathroom was spotless. We had everything we needed. The parking was right outside the door so we didn’t have to park super far. They offered warm cookies when we checked in. I will for sure be returning.

Great breakfast in a cheery breakfast room. Well maintained pool. They are welcoming to boaters of the near by lake. We stayed during the holiday season and they were decorated beautifully for Christmas. Another plus, park right outside your room.
- SSSarahDec 13, 20255.0The Best Western Plus Santee was the nicest Best Western I've ever been to! The hotel was very welcoming with its Christmas lights and decor, along with the atmosphere. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds we comfortable. The woman at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. If I was traveling through this area again, I'd definitely stop to spend another night.
