- RRRodneyDec 2, 20255.0FIRST - NEVER PAY EXPEDIA, DO IT AND YOU WILL FIND OUT. Use Expedia to find the cheap prices and then call the hotel directly. You will be far better off. We have been staying at Tru Hotel in Rock Hill SC because it is pet friendly and is in a great location. The rooms are clean and the showers are good. They also have breakfast in the morning. The thermostat in the room works well providing heating and cooling at the proper temperatures. The one time that I did have a concern Mr. Meshum Crosby handled it appropriately and promptly. I was very impressed with Mr. Crosby and his professionalism and it's nice when a company has a responsive manager who actually listens to customers concerns. Due to all these factors I rate the hotel as 5 stars. Keep up the good work. Thank You Rodney N

The rooms are straightforward and very clean, with a minimalistic feel. The beds were tidy and a bit firm for my taste, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel as a great, affordable option for travelers looking for comfort and value.
- BJBonnie JasperNov 18, 20255.0This is by far the best stop over hotel we’ve ever stayed in on our travels to Florida, best value for a nights sleep and breakfast, coffee brand was lavazza/my fave-I usually can’t drink the coffee offered at hotels with breakfast Perks included excellent breakfast options, clean rooms and lobby with no sign of wear and tear/well maintained, water bottle filling station, gift bag upon arrival with 2 bottles of water and snack bag of popcorn, large field to walk pups Highly recommend
