The front desk agents were outstanding and made us feel immediately comfortable. I was truly impressed by how clean, modern, and beautiful the rooms are. The colors, the floors, and the overall design were refreshing, no old carpet, just a fresh, well-kept, and welcoming environment. Our room was exceptional in every way. What made this experience even more special was seeing how much my daughter loved it. She asked me, “Mommy, can we please stay here?” She was so happy that she didn’t even mind being away from her toys. That alone speaks volumes. As a parent, it’s not always easy to find a place that feels truly clean, safe, and comfortable for your family, but this hotel absolutely delivered. This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn, and I am genuinely amazed. It truly felt like home, and I am so thankful for such a wonderful experience. I also want to give a special thank-you to the kitchen staff. They were kind, attentive, and welcoming, and you could truly feel the care they put into what they do. Their warmth and service added so much to our stay and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality , it did not go unnoticed. The Christmas decorations downstairs were beautiful and perfectly done , warm, cozy, and inviting. It really felt like walking into a home during the holidays. Thank you to management for running such an excellent operation. When everything runs smoothly from the top, it reflects in every detail , the cleanliness, the hospitality, the kindness, and the professionalism of the staff. It truly shows. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back. ❤️
