    Good Holiday Inn like regular. A better breakfast than usual as I know from other Holiday Inn. Gym is good, new and clean. Just one negative issue, the self laundry war while my visit not in business and it was necessary to find a local laundrymat.

    We stay here often, 4 + nights per month and the breakfast staff is super friendly and always so sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, the washing machine has been out since June and the entire front staff is aware but acts clueless about it. They try to send you to another hotel across the parking lot but they have zero agreement with this location to accept these guests. We often have to request new rooms because the A/C is not adjustable or the room is filthy. We have been given every single excuse under the sun as to why the laundry is not working and that’s super unfortunate. As frequent travelers for long trips, clean clothes are essential. Sadly, we will not be coming back after spending over 40+ stays here so far this year. Washer and dryer has been out since JUNE!!!!!!!! These photos are how our room was left as “clean”. Towels were taken and nothing replaced. Hand soap was empty and red clay in the shower. Enough chances were given, time to move on. We will miss the friendly faces at breakfast!

    First, our beds were dirty. When we unfolded the top sheet, we found small black and curly hairs, a yellow stain, and a red spot. I called the front desk to ask for clean sheets, but they said housekeeping wasn’t available until morning. The woman on the phone sighed and acted annoyed. I told her I wasn’t letting my 6-year-old sleep in that bed and that I’d change the sheets myself if they just gave me some. Instead, she sent someone up to take pictures. Later, she called to say we’d be moved to another room. When my husband went down to get the new keys, she didn’t apologize or say a word—just handed them over. The new room only had one king bed instead of two. We made it work, but our child moves a lot in his sleep, so none of us slept well. I’m not someone who complains often. I understand things go wrong. But the way the front desk handled this was rude and unprofessional. The problem wasn’t that the room was dirty—it was how they treated us afterward. Before this, everything had been fine. We enjoyed the restaurant and pool. But if you stay here and something goes wrong, don’t expect friendly or helpful service. You’ll just be treated like an inconvenience. The first photo is the yellow stuff on the bed. Second is an example of multiple hair we found on both beds.
