- TLTravor LutzDec 31, 20253.0We stay at alot of hotels for work and pleasure across several brands (Hilton, Wyndham, Marriott, IHG, etc.). By and large they offer the same product. The deciding factor is the quality of management. This Holiday Inn lacks attention to detail by its management. The lobby is dirty. Same dirty foot prints and debris from one day to another. The breakfast area is filthy and unattended. Dirt all around the coffee maker (day one & day two...never cleaned), food splatters all around the food chafing dishes, oatmeal, eggs and sausages barely warm, etc. This hotel has a great location and building and great potential....but management is flailing the operation and destroying the hotels value.

- DADawn AdkinsDec 4, 20251.0We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We have been reward members for 12 years and will never stay at any holiday inn express after this terrible experience. First, we arrive and was given a dirty room. Bed unmade, towels on the floor ext. Got another room and the floor was not vacuumed there was trail mix on the floor. Went to eat breakfast and there was a trail of dog feces from the elevator to the door. Several people complained however it was stii there when we left. After we left a $249 charge was put on our card for SMOKING in our room???? WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!! This place is a joke and a scam!! They will make up things and charge you!! BTW they never cleaned up the crap we had to walk through! Pleaee give your money to trustworthy companies because these people LIE and STEAL! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Easy and fast check in and out. Front desk lady very nice and friendly. Love new coffee makers downstairs. Coffee from fresh ground beans and hot! Again, excellent stay.

I have had experiences from the GM Stacy (who is always quick and courteous to resolve issues) the front desk group, especially the AGM-Shannon. She always has a glowing smile and great personality and keeps the conversation light and fun, all the way to the housekeeping group. Just honestly, I cannot highlight this group of people more. It's like staying with family each time I'm in town for work. Stop in and give this glowing group of people a chance during your next stay! Also very conveniently located right off the interstate which is a huge plus to me!
