I have had experiences from the GM Stacy (who is always quick and courteous to resolve issues) the front desk group, especially the AGM-Shannon. She always has a glowing smile and great personality and keeps the conversation light and fun, all the way to the housekeeping group. Just honestly, I cannot highlight this group of people more. It's like staying with family each time I'm in town for work. Stop in and give this glowing group of people a chance during your next stay! Also very conveniently located right off the interstate which is a huge plus to me!

I also had someone enter my room to make the bed and give me towels even though I had the sign on the door. And unfortunately the breakfast was never ready on time each morning and this is a hotel where lots of people are going to early morning jobs. Will definitely try a different option next time.

This time however, I was given a room that was right next to the highway. Being a diamond elite member I should have been given a room at the back of the property which is quieter. Luckily I asked if the room was near the highway and the woman said yes, so told her I wanted a different room. She gave me one at the back which was fine except for one major problem. There was no kuerig in the room. My husband and I enjoy making a cup of coffee after dinner, in our room after we have gotten ready for staying in our room for the night. I went to reception to ask why there wasn’t one and was informed that ALL HIE were getting rid of them and having Costa coffee makers in the lobby area. Well that’s fine for them but not for me. I don’t want to have to get dressed again, go down to the lobby from the 4th floor and go back up with a coffee that will already start to get cold. Now for the kicker! NOT ALL HIE are getting rid of their kuerigs because we stayed at another one the next night and the manager said they were NOT doing that because our patrons like having them in the rooms. So not only am I dissatisfied but I HATE being LIED to! Rock Hill will never see me again and I used to stop there because I wanted to get past Charlotte.
