Room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I was on the fifth floor, and the noise from the interstate was a bit annoying. Mostly when the trucks would use their engine brakes on the off ramp. Buddy on first floor said he couldn’t hear it. Location is great. Overall, a very pleasant two week stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in the area.

Making this review just for the people who are interested in this place and maybe have other opinions in mind I always stay around rock hill in my opinion Tru is a good option Location 8/10 restaurants ,stores and gas stations really close The cleanliness is not the best 1/10 (hair everywhere in the sheets and towels) Toilet was yellow on the outside looks like it was not cleaned properly and it (smelled like urine) Breakfast 0/10 I went down around 7:30 and there was nothing the coffee is “freshly brewed” but I feel there’s better coffees out there breakfast is BASIC not the best Service 1/10 Not even front desk can help you out with your request I’m not staying here again.

We stay at alot of hotels for work and pleasure across several brands (Hilton, Wyndham, Marriott, IHG, etc.). By and large they offer the same product. The deciding factor is the quality of management. This Holiday Inn lacks attention to detail by its management. The lobby is dirty. Same dirty foot prints and debris from one day to another. The breakfast area is filthy and unattended. Dirt all around the coffee maker (day one & day two...never cleaned), food splatters all around the food chafing dishes, oatmeal, eggs and sausages barely warm, etc. This hotel has a great location and building and great potential....but management is flailing the operation and destroying the hotels value.

Excellent stay. Bed very comfortable, room and hotel premises very clean. Shower/tub water pressure and temperature were great. Television very large. Easy and fast check in and out. Front desk lady very nice and friendly. Love new coffee makers downstairs. Coffee from fresh ground beans and hot! Again, excellent stay.
