    For the most part the stay at this location was good. Loretta at the front desk was super nice and helpful. After stopping at two other hotels, we decided to stop the search because of Loretta. The room it self was clean. There was an issue with towels and wash cloths. If we are staying in a double queen bed room, there should be more than two towels and two wash clothes. We were in too much of a hurry to call up for towels and shouldnt have to. We had to share towels and use hand towels for wash cloths. The continental breakfast was actually not good at all. The eggs and potatoes were bland... zero taste. The juice machine was broke. The bagels were dry and tasteless. The coffee had grounds in it. The muffins were good. The staff was probably the positive, everyone that we encountered wither it was employees in the hall or checkin and check out, was nice and helpful.

    We stayed in a suite over the weekend. The front staff was nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the room was not clean. Just in general I found the floors to be sticky and hair all over the floor. Corners dirty…Just gross! Would not stay here again because of that. Had to for a tournament.

    I chose this hotel because of the proximity to shopping and dining and to my family. The service was great and the room was clean. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The only things that could have made the stay better is if the mattresses were newer& more comfortable, and if the WiFi was more reliable. One entire day of my stay, there was a bad reception on the TV and the picture would momentarily freeze for several seconds at a time. Also, I was really worried about one of the elevators because it sounded & felt like it was going to fall apart any day. Other than all that I would possibly consider staying here again if these issues were remedied.
