Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The only things that could have made the stay better is if the mattresses were newer& more comfortable, and if the WiFi was more reliable. One entire day of my stay, there was a bad reception on the TV and the picture would momentarily freeze for several seconds at a time. Also, I was really worried about one of the elevators because it sounded & felt like it was going to fall apart any day. Other than all that I would possibly consider staying here again if these issues were remedied.

We also like to play games in the evening and she was very helpful in warming up food for us. Getting some hot water for hot chocolate and getting us something to eat with. Really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She worked both nights we were there. Customer service is so important to us and makes or breaks a place. I do have to say the food has really went down at the Hampton Inns. We would rather go out to eat than to eat the food they provide. All of the staff were very friendly. This place was only a little less than 4 miles from town and Christmasville. Great location. Plenty of stores, malls, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.
- JFJamie FNov 10, 20254.0The good: Great breakfast, clean rooms, great location. The bad: For some reason, housekeeping threw out my dirty laundry that I put in a laundry bag and left in my room. I guess they assumed it was garbage. Spoke to Chuck and Alice at the front desk about it. They stated a housekeeping supervisor would contact me, no one has contacted me as of now. My bed was unusually hard. Woke up in the morning with back pain a couple times, had to take Tylenol both times. I've never been to prison but I imagine prison beds feel similar.
