Will not return - There was already a sleeve of keys left on the desk in the room when we arrived which made me think they had tried to give that room to someone else, and they found it inadequate and left. We had traveled from hours away, it was late, and we were too tired to complain. But throughout our stay we kept noticing more issues: the doors to the wardrobe and one of the dresser drawers did not stay closed - my daughter bumped into the drawer going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and bruised her leg, it looked like there had been ceiling repairs at some point, but they were not cosmetically improved, so there were multiple patches on the ceiling, the top of the toilet tank was cracked all the way through, we found a chewed dog toy next to the bed, the desk chair was worn and peeling, and the fridge appeared to be missing one of its legs and was very wobbly. We left the "Please Make Up the Room" card on the outside of the door in the early morning, but no one came, which was extremely disappointing because when we went to retrieve fresh towels from the front desk, they told us there wouldn't be any until the morning (it was still early in the evening). Parking is also less than ideal as it's only single spaces alongside the sides of the building, so unless you get there early, expect to park all the way in the back. We won't be back and encourage others to look elsewhere.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was decent, but the hotel service was even more superb. We left an item behind and they went above and beyond to help get it to us. I’m quite grateful and pleased to recommend them.

Amazing Amazing stay . No deposit which i love front desk went above to accommodate me with my disability. It was clean quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay again and they had a great variety for the breakfast

Clean, renovated room. Decent beds, not the comfiest pillows- maybe bring your own. Pet friendly for a fair $30/night. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was actually really good. For us they had eggs and sausage links and patties, along with the famous BW waffle maker. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We have a reservation for tonight, however, last night my husband and I came down with the flu and there was no way we could drive down. I contacted the hotel at 8:30 am. I explained our predicament and needed to cancel. The clerk said he would have to talk with the manager and would call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours later I called back and was told he would call back in 5 minutes.
An hour later, I contacted Corporate and got Customer Relations. They explained that within the 24 hour cancellation policy, it was up to the hotel directly. I was put on hold and and they contacted the hotel. The rep came back and said they had to stay with the 24 hours cancellation policy.
I understand the policy but there are times when a humanitarian understanding should come into play.
I will be looking for other hotels in the area for future stays.
