  This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel my son had been drinking red juice and he got sick and threw up and at first they wanted to charge me 50 dollars for the cleaning then they said not to worry about it that I couldn’t come back after I showed them a picture of mold in the tub I have never went threw something like that before

  Never again. I am now canceling my Rewards membership. This manager would not cancel our reservation even after we contacted the corporate service. Corporate even tried to cancel for us and the Manager would budge. We made the reservation last night and 10pm. We called the next day at 12pm to cancel. The manager said they would not cancel because less than 24hrs. We didnt even reserve within that 24hrs. Ridiculous Well received a response! And they statement is not consistent to their cancelation policy. They demand 24hr notice...yet did not answer how I am able to cancel in their 24hr requirement, when I had reserved the room only 12hrs before!!! They also did not accept their corporate request to approve our request. Our request to cancel was due to vehicle fire and could not continue our trip home. So their stubborness made a scary life threatening event...WORSE! THEY ARE JUST GREEDY AND NO WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Made a reservation late on a Tuesday night for a check in on Wednesday. Had to cancel the reservation due to an unexpected car issue... fuel leak, car not drivable. Management refused to refund the stay because we didn't cancel with 24 hours notice. We didn't make the reservation with 24 hours notice! Even Best Western corporate could not talk sense into the manager. Horrible customer service, we ended up canceling our entire BW rewards account.

  I stay here every year. Great prices and a nice hot breakfast is included. It's an older building but they do repair things. I have no complaints. A firm bed for a weary traveler.

  This is a great hotel! Excellent staff, value...breakfast is really a full breakfast and the food tastes good. The hotel is very clean and the other travellers are friendly. Thank you so much, BWRockHill! I've had an exceptional stay.
