NEVER STAY HERE: FIRE WENDY.
Stayed here about 2 weeks ago on the second floor.and it was pretty much my worst hotel stay *ever*. This person is completely tarnishing the Hilton Brand. The reason WENDY. First off the housekeeping staff was amazing. Now the bad: Wendy on the front desk each time I asked for something was incredible curt, non smiling and rude. These were basic things anyone staying in a hotel anyone would ask for. This was when she would be at the desk which was extremely seldom. When she was on duty one time the sign was there saying no one was on duty and to wait. I could see her in her office and she saw me. She allowed me to stand there 15 minutes while I was late for an engagement. I had to calm to her to have her come over. Rude on the phone rude in person, please tell me why is this person is in the hospitality industry? My company uses this hotel often and I will check back often: for the time being, it’s over to MARRIOTT. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HILTON FIRE THIS OGRE.

Staff is friendly and room was clean.
Hampton Inn makes it their policy to wash all bedding (blankets, bedspreads, comforters, etc, not just sheets) between guests, as it should be. I never stay in hotels that re-use bedding, because that's disgusting. Pillows were properly maintained, clean, and fresh; I've traveled much and stayed in lots of hotels and inns. Marriotts all had pillows smelling like greasy head. Some Hiltons use polyester sheets. Hampton Inn uses better sheets and has clean pillows.
Breakfast was good, and tables are kept clean.

We had an excellent experience here, and this will definitely be our go-to place to stay when in the area. Staff is super friendly, restaurant is organized, rooms are super clean, and any staff member—no matter their role—will go out of their way to help you. True Southern Hospitality at its finest for a reasonable price. Beautiful setting, too. Thanks so much! A+
