He was unusually energetic and upbeat when compared to many of the night auditors I've come across in my travels - an asset to this hotel's team. The room was newer, very clean, and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were well stocked and the attendant was very friendly. This Tru location is an example of what a well-run Hilton limited service hotel should look like. Clean, friendly, welcoming. I will be back.

The tv volume is malfunctioning- you have to do the volume from 14 up to 80. I like the minimalist approach but it -feels cold'. I will pick a different Hilton next time

It was a big inconvenience and I had to request a refund and find another hotel, which made for a LONG night after a long day of driving. However, the woman at the front desk was AWESOME (the one working the night of 10/15/25)! She made sure I was refunded and even went out of her way to send me a personally-crafted email confirmation of the refund. The hotel was not that great, but the customer service was.
