  Saw it next to the Tru by Hilton. Figure it would give it a try. The hotel was old and dated. The staff didnt particularly do a good job at cleaning. Highly disappointed. Wasn't up to Hilton standards

  DISAPPOINTED STAY AT SPARKS I'm still shaking my head after my recent stay at this hotel. As a first-time guest there, I was expecting a certain level of comfort and amenities, but unfortunately, this hotel fell short. The room lacked basic necessities like soap, a clock, coffee maker and water. The ice maker was only available in the lobby, which was inconvenient. But what really got me upset was the room assignment. Despite requesting a room close to the elevator due to my husband's mobility issues, we were placed on the top floor, furthest from the elevator. It was cleared our request was ignored. The hotel's pricing was also questionable-$7 for a bottle of water that's $1.39 at Walmart. The young man that checked us out was friendly and polite, but the women working there seemed to have attitudes. Overall, this is one of my worse experiences in a hotel. When I told them about it, they said that's why they charge so cheap. Meanwhile other hotel charges the same amount and I don't have to hear dogs barking.

  From the front to the stay was awesome. Front Desk with Ms Nikia Busby (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was such a delight and seemed to love to help people from her warm and inviting voice, her smile, and her willingness to help. Love her! The room was clean and the other staff was awesome as well. My husband and I loved our stay in Da Burg this past weekend!

  The room was not only affordable with friendly staff, but also clean, quiet, and conveniently close to Interstate 26. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. I didn’t mention that I’m a Diamond member, but Kevin noticed. He thanked me, offering a room upgrade along with water bottles and a snack. We stayed in Room 408, a King Suite. We stayed overnight on a Thursday, and breakfast was served from 6–10 a.m. (hours may vary on weekends). The offerings included yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, oatmeal, boiled eggs, a variety of cold cereals with milk—including oatmilk as a dairy-free option—cranberry juice, orange juice, and coffee. Unfortunately, the orange juice dispenser was out of service during our visit. We enjoyed our stay and found this to be a great place to stop while traveling.
