This hotel is not a Hilton!! It is old and dirty. The bathroom door was all rusted at the bottom and the carpet was filthy. The free breakfast had 2 options. Bagel or cereal. That's it!! Oh they had 1 package of oatmeal. The nightly front desk clerk was downright rude. When I checked in she asked if I had pets, then yelled at me to tap my card. She then handed me my room key and said "down the hall to the left." Nothing about wifi, breakfast times, let me know if you need anything, etc. I travel a lot and had my wife and son on this trip. Not a good experience.

Currently staying here and know it’s bad when I’m posting a review and haven’t even completed my stay. We called ahead of booking and asked if the pool was indoors or outdoors and were told it’s indoors. We then asked if it’s heated and were told “it’s warm like room temperature”. So with that information, we proceeded to book two rooms. Were greeted by a super rude woman who treated us with the utmost disrespect. She should not be in any position related to hospitality. 1) didn’t even say hi, just asked for last name. I gave it and she said “$50, insert card” like, super short, not providing explanations for anything. We ask if the rooms are together and she just said “no”. Zero eye contact through all these 1-2 word answers. 2) Gives us the key and LITERALLY walks away, without giving us any instructions, not where the elevator is, not where the rooms are, not which one has the king and which one has the two queen beds. Nothing. 3) we then assume it’s better to figure things out on our own, and just start walking around finding the rooms ourselves. Walk in and the room appears to be currently being utilized by someone else- beds unmade, etc. So we walk back down to tell her- we still very politely say, hey, appears there is a mistake, this room appears to be occupied. she then asks “is it dirty?”, we said… well, I wouldn’t say dirty but like, the bed is unmade and… she cuts us off and with attitude says “so it’s dirty” and then takes the key from us, click click on the computer, hands us the key and then literally walks away again- zero words. We’re like… uhm… is this a new room? And she just nods but with the smuggest face. Like, who allowed this lady to deal with a position of customer service? And to top it all off, we decide to brush it off, because we’re about to enjoy our time in the pool. Open the door and it’s literally an outdoor pool with a roof over it, so 100% outside- no one can call that an indoor pool when it is subject to all the elements of outside. And then “room temperature” when it’s 49 degrees outside is basically freezing. There is no heated element, we touched it and it was freezing cold. So overall, this whole stay has been a disaster.

I booked this trip on 11/3/2025 for a stay the first weekend of January. It gave me the option to select what time we would like to check in. I selected 2am because we would be driving 9 hours through the night from Delaware. They were supposed to reach out if they were going to decline my request for check in time. They never reached out so I thought everything was good. We drove arrived at the hotel and we had to call the front desk because the door was locked. The gentleman was very rude and just kept telling me that we would have to wait until 3pm on Friday that was 13 hours later in the day at that point and we had 2 kids with us. He told me they would never let someone check in at 2am so I asked why I was allowed to request that then and why no one called or emailed to let me know they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. We found arrangements for the night and around 12:23pm on Friday before our check in time I received an email that the hotel cancelled our reservation!!! I will never try and stay here again. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Good location near interstate. The bare boned room that other reviewers complained about was fine with us. We had fridge, microwave, plenty of wall soap, shampoo conditioner, etc. front desk lady not the cheeriest. Loud people upstairs, sparse breakfast, and pink soap residue I had to clean out of bathroom shower, but what are you gonna do...
