  The ladies at the front desk were great !! They were busy because of our convention near by, They handled it like Professionals!! The room we got was an awesome room! The AC was the best I've ever experienced... it was so nice an cool, I could have stayed there forever! Good hot breakfast, clean rooms , close by the interstate and the people were very friendly! I will definitely stay there again in March 2026. Cracker barrel Restaurants across the street and on the same road are other places to eat. Gas stations is walking distance. Every thing you need is close by. I give them 5 stars ⭐ across the board!!

  This review is being completed on behalf of a very close friend. She and her husband shared their experience with my husband who told them I do reviews. She told her husband ... "we MUST do a review. The bathroom was dirty. Look at my nails from claning the bathroon! (see photo)." The experience was not all bad, " I want to compliment Joseph and his staff the food was good and the lounge was very clean." "My room was #221. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty. This hotel really needs an upgrade. Over the past 3 year we have stayed here 4-5 times. Great location. Housekeeping has gotten worse. We will not return."

  The rooms themselves are nice, but there was some trash behind the couch that was here when we came in. What is bad was, the WiFi was kinda funky and would turn off while we were using it. And we had to sign back in. But other than that it was fine. The fridge was kinda unbalanced and a little dirty but it wasn’t terrible. We called down and asked for towels and they said they’ll bring them but they NEVER did. And also our heater broke a few days while we were staying here and it wouldn’t get warm even though we set it to the heater, it actually kept getting colder. And when we asked to switch rooms the lady at the front desk seemed annoyed like it was OUR fault. We are currently waiting for them to help us switch rooms but it has been an hour since we called. Another thing was the pancake machine was broken the whole time we were staying here. The power outlet by the nightstand also didn’t really work when we tried to charge our phones in one of them. Other than that it was alright.
