To start, when I entered within 10 seconds I had 2 greetings with a smile from the man at the front desk and a woman/employee walking through entrance area. They checked us in early as they did already have a clean room. He asked my preferences. Later when walking through the lobby he ask if the room was acceptable. This place has very friendly and professional staff. The lady on our floor cleaning the rooms smiled with a hello. What a well run hotel. The room was very clean and well kept. Looked just like their photos. I looked and couldn't really find much wear, so the hotel is in very good condition. I know it has been here for a few years as we used to stay at other places nearby, that are definitely not as nice as this place. Hampton has really did well with their employees and this hotel. We will stay here again.

Also the only way to describe the front desk greeting was haughty and indifferent. She wouldn't even look up our Hilton honors number. Will never stay there again!!

The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, resulting in me getting ready in the bed area with no mirror. The free breakfast was inedible besides the omelets. The breakfast attendant was RUDE AS HELL, literally screamed at us multiple times to turn the waffle machine over as we are turning it.
