    Had to work late on New Year's Eve and back early in the morning January 1st and I did not want to drive with all the crazies. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service, the clean room and most of all it was quite! I will be back!

    What an incredible customer service experience! I made a huge mistake online and booked the wrong date. Much to my dismay I booked with a third party that had a no refund policy. Having driven 10 hours my wife and I stood in disbelief as they couldn’t find our reservation and we figured out the mistake. Completely my mistake by the way. Donna to the rescue. She calmed me, told me she would try to help, and then swapped nights for us - quickly getting us into our room. It’s our second stay here in just as many weeks and this is certainly now our go to. Thanks Donna and the entire crew who acted professionally, helped when they didn’t have to, and saved the day Additionally- clean rooms, amazing breakfast, and nice amenities.

    The rooms were clean and fresh sheets and towels. The lady behind the counter (Donna) accommodated every need ( handicapped).
