Much to my dismay I booked with a third party that had a no refund policy. Having driven 10 hours my wife and I stood in disbelief as they couldn’t find our reservation and we figured out the mistake. Completely my mistake by the way. Donna to the rescue. She calmed me, told me she would try to help, and then swapped nights for us - quickly getting us into our room. It’s our second stay here in just as many weeks and this is certainly now our go to. Thanks Donna and the entire crew who acted professionally, helped when they didn’t have to, and saved the day Additionally- clean rooms, amazing breakfast, and nice amenities.
