We like that it's right on the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment but also quieter than being right in the middle of the tourist area. There were some areas of the resort that were not up to par during the off-season including a poorly heated hot tub and a non-functioning motor on one of the lazy rivers (there is a second one on the other side of the resort). It would also be nice if the playlist for the pool had a little more variety. After a couple days, we were annoyed with the same music the whole time.

Elevator is very slow. Most of the staff was friendly, a few needed a vacation or something. It's a great location, beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend it.
