  The hotel never informed us they have 3 hotels on the beach. The hotel we were given was small, sheets dirty, bathroom tiny with a half of a glass to the shower. The bathroom odor reasonated, but tolerated. When in inquired about the room they said that was the only room available. They lied. They didnt know minutes after we reserved our room, I reserved a room for my son, the room he was given was exclusive.

  You have got to be kidding with this hotel...old ..outdated ..room was old and never felt comfotable...maybe it was the bug in the bathroom or the cracked tub and broken drain...never gave me a car parking pass...so had to go get one...cringeworthy stay...my recommendation is stay away...

  My stay here was great!! My room was really nice!! Clean, peaceful an a great view!! I parked rite across the street everyday with no issues and I enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast every morning!! Checking in was a breeze an the staff was professional an friendly.

  EDIT BECAUSE THEY RESPONDED Every time I had to call the front desk I was met with unprofessional and rude attitude. Also, I posted pics so whatever this business has to say, they can save it. Proof is in the pudding. BEWARE! Our family booked this hotel in hopes of having a great vacation. We travel to Myrtle and North Myrtle every year and have never had an issue until now. To start, parking is chaotic. It's a tight squeeze so you have to park across the street. After making it to the room, we pulled the couch and wall bed out. When taking off the cushions, we found a half empty red Gatorade, coloring book, and pen. The bed from the wall had the sheets half off. I called the front desk to ask for a change of sheets because clearly they were not new. The woman who came to change them acted as if I was lying. I was surprised. She said they were changed. Either she didn't change them after the last guest or she did and then she put trash on top of it. Either way it didn't make sense. They were not changed after the previous guess. Point blank period. I had no reason to lie. The next issue was later that night. I was on our queen bed watching TV. I got up and noticed my leg was wet. I looked at the bed to see what I sat in and noticed it was coming from the mattress. I SAT IN SOMEONES PEE! I lifted the sheets to see a giant stain on the mattress. (It was confirmed to be pee) I immediately called the desk to explain what happened and was met with "That seems strange". Again, I'm not sure what these workers deal with on a daily basis, but they seem to think everything is a lie or I was to blame. I took pictures to show it clearly was not us due to the sheets being dry and the mattress having a stain. If it was us, the sheets would have been soaked. You can tell that the sheets were changed after the previous guest, but the mattress was still wet. The woman from the desk called to let us know the maintenance man would be up in 45 min. He came to bring a brand new mattress out the plastic. For that I thank him. He was very kind the whole time we were down there. The other mattress had stains as well. It was disgusting! The next day we saw roaches. I was going to say something to the front desk but after being met with rude energy twice, I didn't bother. For all I know they would probably say I planted them there. Smh. The room and experience was overall horrible. I have never had issues like this and I am never one to complain but we would never stay here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The only kind people we came into contact with was the maintenance man and the young girl with the green and purple hair serving breakfast. Everyone else seemed miserable and rude. For over $700 I expected a better experience. I really don't have anything good to say about this hotel.

  1st time staying here We needed a room 4 A night . We wanted Beachfront So we decided 2 Stay here . It’s a nice little hotel but it definitely needs updated . The outside doesn’t look very nice , But it’s actually a cozy little place. However, the rooms or @ Least r Where could’ve used updating? They were putting new bed in . So r Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows . We chose a room with a Kitchenette in it cuz We wanted a good home-cooked meal . However, the kitchen was very small & Could have been cleaner . We washed everything before we used it . If they would do updating this place would be a lot nicer . The breakfast was very good , They had someone serving u The breakfast . The parking is kind of hectic . But it’s a beautiful view . When we’re back in the area & If we need a place to stay, we will probably stay here again . If they do updating, we would probably stay 4 A week or 2 . Hopefully by next year, it will be updated .
