  When entering the hotel, it was presentable and clean. Mrs. Ford checked me in and I was pleased with her hospitality. My mother, daughter and I enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. Too bad the hot tub didn't get warmer though, but it's definitely an asset. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. All staff that we encountered were friendly and professional. Thank you all!

  From the time we entered the front door, the staff at this Montague St location was warm and welcoming, and they provided helpful information throughout our weekend stay. Everyone was awesome! The rooms were very clean and well kept, although the chaise in my room could stand to be cleaned or replaced. The location was very close to Tanger Outlet Mall and several other stores and restaurants, and about a 15 minute UBER/LYFT ride from downtown Charleston. We had a very pleasant stay, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

  They no longer have coffee pots in the room. Waking up 1st thing in the morning and making coffee and relaxing is a routine for most people. It's awful that you now have to get dressed and run down the lobby and have to deal with people 1st thing in the morning. Too much light in the room because the shades weren't in the tracks. Staff was not friendly except housekeeping staff.

  Mostly ok express. I hope they save LOTS of MONEY by removing coffee makers from rooms and installing automatic grinding brewers in lobby. I'm someone who values making my 2 cups in my room, doing my AL'S etc. Not a fan of this. Coffee isn't any better than the in room either. I guess employees will be removed next. Automatic check in?

  The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and overall it offers good value. However, we chose this hotel because it is a no-pets property due to my fear of dogs. During our stay, a dog came very close to me and was not properly controlled by its owner, which made me very uncomfortable and anxious, especially during breakfast. I understand service animals are allowed, but this situation significantly affected my experience.
