My main concern was that quiet hours did not appear to be enforced. It seems I stayed during a tournament, and there was significant noise late into the evening from children playing outside my window and in the hallway. My recommendation would be to avoid placing guests on the same floor as large groups when events are taking place. That said, when I spoke with the front desk the following day, they were very helpful and promptly moved my family and me to a different room. We appreciated their assistance, and the remainder of our stay was comfortable.

Nothing infuriates me more as a Diamond member for 15 years than trying to check into a hotel using the app and it restricting me to a low floor room unless I pay to "upgrade" to an upper floor. Every so often I run into this and this hotel is one of them. I will certainly never stay here again and I encourage all Diamond and Gold members to avoid it as well out of principle. We continue to lose benefits every year, but asking us to pay money just to get above the first floor is a smack in the face.
