It’s happened on the fourth floor too both our door and my sisters door, I’m, a little confused, idk maybe I’ve got paranormal stuff on the brain but it’s happened a few times now, and every time it does no one’s there. No cleaning staff, no one walking past, nothing. Very odd

This is a very clean hotel and the front desk team is super friendly and they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to ensure you have a good stay. The room is cozy but comfortable and super clean. The shower is awesome! The breakfast is really good too! They have the coolest pancake maker I've ever seen.... you wave your hand and it makes you 2 fresh pancakes right before your eyes...whaaaaat? I am pretty hotel picky but I highly recommend this location. It's pretty awesome!

The rooms are clean, the staff was nice for the most part. The location is perfect bc your right in the start of North Charleston. Any direction you go there is something to do. Oh! And they have a information board by the elevators that tell you all the events going on and the amenities nearby. The bed was comfy... Thanks Tru

She is so kind and always made sure the breakfast area was well stocked and the coffee was fresh. She truly was the highlight of our stay. My only recommendation would be for housekeeping to place enough towels in the room for the number of guests staying in the room. I noticed several other guests in line with me at the front desk to request additional towels.
