My room was very comfortable ,clean and neat. I'm so glad Erica at the front desk was able to accommodate my kids and I for the night, despite being told incorrect information on a call I had earlier that day with another front desk clerk. Erica's customer service skills were A1. BIG, BIG thanks to her for greeting me with a smile, being professional, understanding and an angel in disguise (little did she know). I was all out of options and because of her we had a warm, cozy place to stay. ERICA YOU ARE THE BEST! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I liked how it was outside of downtown Charleston, but just close enough to it, and other fun locations to explore. 1. The room was clean. 2. The bed was fine. 3. The light switches could have been more conspicuous; it was hard to figure out how to turn some of them on, because the switches were so tiny. 4. The curtain switches did not work properly or were not programmed correctly. They should be routinely checked to make sure they work. (So many cords were showing from the curtains to the lights, which felt clunky and not neat) 5. The bathroom was nice and spacious, but the soap dispenser was not user-friendly. I am young and strong, and those tubes were hard to squeeze; I could not imagine being an old person and having to do that. Also, the handicap sitting chair was really hard to fold down and push back up. I did not need it, but I used it to hold some things, and again, if I were handicapped or old, this would be a struggle for me to do. 6. I did like how on the TV, as I entered my room, it said, "Greetings, Grace." That was a nice hospitality touch. 7. While I did feel safe in my room, there was another door, which I assumed was adjacent to another room; luckily, it was locked, and it had an extra lock on it, but it would have been nice to have that door explained beforehand. 8. Loved that they had a size stating to observe quiet hours! Really appreciated that. 9. Great pricing! Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would stay again if I came back to Charleston.
