Staff Steals! Nephew left a hoodie in room and when we went back. It was gone and no one has rent the room out after us.

Usually, these are really great hotels, but I guess I just got a bad egg this time. Honestly, the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it’s not the guests this time. It’s almost as if the person who installed the stairwell door, wanted to keep guests up all night. Every time someone goes out that door, they slam that metal bar, and it reverberates down the hallway… And then the door slams shut behind them and the whole hallway shakes. I don’t care how good the soap smells, I don’t care how cute the hotel is… Why would you design a hotel to be so loud, when the sole purpose is to have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep for the night? It’s not like we don’t have the technology… We have soft close cupboards, and we put men on the moon… But we can’t have a soft closing door in a hotel so that you don’t wake up the entire floor every time someone walks out the door? Every time I close my eyes, I’m woken up by a slamming door.. so work should be a blast tomorrow. Poor construction, and terrible attention to detail.. not impressed.

This was my second stay at this hotel and my room, this time, was subpar... toilet was not clean/wobbled, doorstop hanging on for dear life, IDK what on shower walls, and black marks all over the walls in the bathroom. Had to ask twice for extra towels and then go down to get them myself... never got the extra blanket that I asked for. Spoke with housekeeping about issues and was promised extra points in my reward account that have yet to appear.

The room was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but I've noticed a lot of newer hotels seem to becoming more minimalistic. There were just two of us so it wasn't bad, and we were only there to sleep. Along the lines of minimalism, the storage options for luggage were not the typical dresser/closet setup and for more than a short trip may have been a bit annoying with having to "live out of a suitcase". The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially when we ran into an issue with an appointment running late and needing a few extra minutes to get into the room and checkout. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast with the normal cereal, bread, pancakes, sausage, and eggs as available options. The location was great as it was right down the road from the mall and many other places that we needed to get to on our trip. This is definitely a hotel that we will reconsider on our next short trip to the area!

I needed a quick overnight stay due to unforseen circumstances with my home and I was very pleased with my experience and stay here. My room was very comfortable ,clean and neat. I'm so glad Erica at the front desk was able to accommodate my kids and I for the night, despite being told incorrect information on a call I had earlier that day with another front desk clerk. Erica's customer service skills were A1. BIG, BIG thanks to her for greeting me with a smile, being professional, understanding and an angel in disguise (little did she know). I was all out of options and because of her we had a warm, cozy place to stay. ERICA YOU ARE THE BEST! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
