- AUA Google UserJan 5, 20261.0My recent stay at Staybridge Suites was extremely unpleasant and handled very unprofessionally. I was traveling with my son, who has autism. During the weekend, he became overstimulated and was yelling, which was reported to the front desk. Instead of handling the situation with understanding or professionalism, the weekend front desk staff member, Alyssa, called my room and then came to the door banging and yelling. I attempted to calmly explain my son’s disability, but she turned the situation into a personal confrontation rather than a customer service issue. Her behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and lacked any sensitivity toward a child with special needs. Despite my efforts to explain, Alyssa escalated the situation by calling the police to have us escorted off the property and placed a trespass notice against me. I was cussed at, threatened, and treated as though I had done something wrong, when in reality this situation was mishandled entirely by staff. This was traumatic for both me and my child. I am requesting accountability for this incident. I will be filing a formal complaint against this employee and expect: A full refund A written apology Removal of the trespass notice A review of security camera footage to verify her conduct toward me as a guest A follow-up from management regarding this incident Additionally, Alyssa provided items from the hotel store without charging me, stating it was a “courtesy.” This raised serious concerns about professionalism and proper hotel procedures. The supervisor listed is Natasha, and I hope this matter is taken seriously. This experience showed a complete lack of training, compassion, and professionalism. Families with children who have disabilities deserve respect and understanding, not hostility and punishment. I do not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

- WWWendyDec 20, 20255.0Check in was a breeze. Faith was absolutely FABULOUS 👌 we didn't have a dvd player in our room and she got right on it. Our room is great. Slept like a baby. This is the 1st place we've stayed that dont charge for the laundry machines. And for the weekend shift Alyssa has done a FABULOUS JOB 👌 she has been amazing helping my husband and I on where to dine. You have two AMAZING associates who have gone above and beyond to help us out. We are staying here for 8 nights.
