  The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and well-stocked, though there were several places the carpet was frayed and some mildew spots in the shower. Breakfast area was very clean and well-stocked, with many different offerings. We were a little surprised on arrival to find that ALL of the parking is paid parking (it’s mentioned on the website but we missed it). My husband travels for work, so he stays in Hilton Properties all over the place. Having to pay for parking in downtown areas and heavy tourist areas is expected, but the location of this hotel is not one you would expect to pay for parking. I’d personally rather they just charge a little more for the room and not have to deal with scanning a barcode to pay for parking.

  As a Hilton Gold Member & frequent traveler, I was extremely disappointed in my interaction with a hotel front desk team member at around 9:45am this morning (2/22/26). I walked back into the hotel from a quick store run, stopped to grab breakfast in the lobby & was greeted with “Are you a guest here? What’s your room number?” What truly took me aback was that the team member (a middle aged Black woman with a shoulder length hairstyle) watched me walk off of the elevator & out of the hotel initially. To add, there were plenty of other guests walking in & out of the hotel stopping to get breakfast & she never once batted an eye. I frequent Hilton Hotels because of the amazing service and accommodations that I’ve always received, but after today, I am wholly considering canceling my membership and taking my money elsewhere.

  I love this hotel. From the front desk agents checking you in with a smile , to the night auditor grabbing the elevator for you & making sure your set for the night. Breakfast is amazing and seem to be made with love. Lastly the room is always bright , cleaned spectacularly and ready to be relaxed in.

  Booked a one night with my kid for an urgent medical appointment and staying here was a great decision! Pros: Spacious great floor plan. Kitchen has updated appliance’s including modern stove top. The bedding, kitchen & bathroom were clean enough for my standards. Keurig worked perfectly for making my hot tea. My requested digital key was approved before we arrived. Room was a great temperature(it was 29 degrees outside). Very quiet besides hearing other room doors close occasionally. Parking was easy to register for with enough visible QR code signs. I appreciated the small fee of $16 a night. Most major cities charge $40-60 to park on their property. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious! Every single person including the other guest and staff smiled said hello or said something positive. I felt comfortable and safe inside the hotel. Cons: Area is sus/sketchy so I was grateful to get a parking spot close to the main entrance. Stayed in my vehicle until my parking registration was completed. Hotel is right off the interstate so traffic was heavy and a bit confusing. Room carpet needs to be replaced asap(outdated and torn in spots) Bed was a little too firm for my liking. No privacy for bathroom area. The shower was a good size but I’m not a fan of the toilet next to my bathing area in a hotel. The door closed but gave little space to dress and undress. I will definitely be booking here again traveling with family. Solo trip it would not be first choice as far as location but definitely with Hilton💕
