As soon as I opened the door to our room, the smell of cleanliness and hard work from Housekeeping staff is evident. In and out of our room is spotless clean. Breakfast area is well maintained. We were so pleased as it opened earlier than expected. It was such a blessing since we had to leave to early, we were able to eat before leaving for our event. Upon check out, Ms Jean is very accommodating, courteous and made me feel at home. You have a fantastic staffing! Thank you to Ms Stacy and her team for keeping this hotel almost perfect. The only things that would need attention are the toilet paper holder in our bathroom, the telephone is not working, and AC is loud.
- RCRoss CookNov 9, 20252.0Friendly greeting upon arrival. Upon arrival, notified the staff that our refrigerator was not working. I was told maintenance was gone for the night but they could have someone possibly switch it out. I said it could wait until the next day. They were also made aware that the AC unit was making a strange noise when the compressor kicked in and needed to be checked. Three days later, the refrigerator was never fixed, nor was the air conditioner. The hallway outside of our room wreaked of smoke. Room was clean and maid service was excellent the one day we used it. Breakfast was typical for an express. Staff consistently greeted us when we returned and wished us well in the morning when we departed. This hotel also was unable to grant any government discounts (unsure why).
