Mr. Don welcomed us with anticipation and warmth. He started our great experience! As soon as I opened the door to our room, the smell of cleanliness and hard work from Housekeeping staff is evident. In and out of our room is spotless clean. Breakfast area is well maintained. We were so pleased as it opened earlier than expected. It was such a blessing since we had to leave to early, we were able to eat before leaving for our event. Upon check out, Ms Jean is very accommodating, courteous and made me feel at home. You have a fantastic staffing! Thank you to Ms Stacy and her team for keeping this hotel almost perfect. The only things that would need attention are the toilet paper holder in our bathroom, the telephone is not working, and AC is loud.
