- RRRichardDec 22, 20254.0Room was fine, except the shower did not drain correctly and the handle was also broken. I told the front desk clerk and she said eagerly that she would pass it on. All the staff was wonderful: the night and day front desk clerk, the breakfast attendants, housekeepers and especially the shuttle driver, KC. Breakfast was nasty, sorry to say. Typical chain hotel food. But what was really bad was there was no milk for the coffee, just Coffee Mate. I know this is a Southern tradition, but it’s one to let fade away. I had to open a 12-oz plastic bottle of milk to add to the coffee. What a waste.

I’ve never had this happen before but she actually emailed me back confirming that she was able to grant my request. Exceptional customer service. The hotel was very clean. We were going to an event and my wife asked the front desk how far the place of the event was away that the event was being held at. We were told a few minutes and then the hotel Cory kindly offered to take us there and pick us up, again above and beyond. This room did not have a coffee maker in it come on IHG you can do better than that.

- NNNellyNov 24, 20251.0My boyfriend stayed here November 21-24 , spent money on a King Suite for the weekend. Kevin customer service was horrible. We called three times to see if we can check in earlier than 3pm they said we could at 11am. Room wasn’t prepared had to wait to 3pm. They checked him out on the 22nd when his stay was until 24th even though he paid $606 for the weekend. Locked him out of his room had to get him a new key. Kevin tried to charge him again for a second incidental fee. We weren’t compensated for the mistakes. Kevin was unapologetic.
