    Arrived to stay and use meeting room for a class over the weekend. I was greeted by the driver Fred and upon arrival Brett in sales was also onsite. Brett made sure I had everything I needed and all was perfect. What a 5 star team they are and it was great to see them both upon a return visit from a prior location. It was my first time at this location and I must say I misplaced the names of some of the staff but a few stood out that I can list and a big thank you also to the driver Ryan as well as the driver that took me back to the airport Sunday morning. The 7am driver had not shown up for his shift and the overnight driver left however, the overnight driver came back and took me to the airport around 7:30am even though he was off and he was so nice. A big thank you to Mikayla in the restaurant and hostess area. I saw her evening and morning and she was wonderful... A great breakfast hostess too. I also met Shayla who was also most pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and a nice selection for dinner. The meeting rooms were plenty spacious and the staff made sure we were taken care of during our stay.

    Convenient to the north charleston performing art center where we were going. Happy that there was a shuttle which was Convenient. However the pillows on bed were horrible. Couldn't even sleep with the 4 pillows on bed... Everything else was great though

    I stayed there last weekend and the air didn’t work properly and the iron did not work. At check in, staff was at desk and wasn’t accommodating. I will never book at a Hilton again.

    Great place to stay and ideal for my needs while I I attend a conference for the week which, itself, is a short walk away. Centrally located between the airport, convention center, and too many places to shop, it also features a restaurant/bar in the lobby as well as a fully stocked convenience/snack shop. My room is HUGE and is almost as large as the TV, which displayed a personalized welcome message when I entered the room. The Keurig-style coffee machine is an improvement over what I'm normally used to when staying at other establishments, with a choice of black or green teas, coffee, and/or hot chocolate. Just a personal point of preference; the coffee is a "light blend" so, if you're like me and like your coffee stronger, hit the breakfast buffet after your light blend and you should survive the day unscathed. Finally, after seeing previous reviews, I knew that one of the elevators was out of service before I arrived. I'm still able to use the stairs but, just in case, there's another bank of elevators that were working well as of this post. Also, a "shout out" for an excellent/expedient job to Mike for fixing an issue with the toilet in my room and to Jasmin for not only coordinating the repair, but for handling an inordinate amount of questions on my part with the utmost level of grace, tact, and knowledge; excellent customer service on both your parts, with my thanks! *Edited to add* - Extra thanks to both Alex and Condoleeza for their respective assistance; whether it was "just" Alex opening a side door because I was carrying things (and couldn't see him through the sun reflecting off the glass lol) or a deftly handled assurance of getting a gratuity that I'd left for the great and scrupulous housekeeping staff that took care of my room during the day of 05NOV2025, all made sure that I not only had a great stay, but to confirm in my mind as to where I'm staying the next time in town. Thank you all, very much, again!
