- JSJessica Smith3 days ago5.0Great, friendly service, clean and beautiful hotel. The bed could use an update as it wasn't as comfortable as the Double Tree but was cleaner. The assistant general manager was extremely helpful and even got the pool ready for us as well as showed me how to use the fire pit . He told us it would be cold but we didn't mind coming from Alaska. The breakfast staff kept the food supplies stocked and the area cleaned. They even made my waffle for me. I would recommend staying here, great place!

Location is right next to the airport, which is perfect with their own business trip and I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is very friendly especially Joel who checked us in. And, its so beautiful in the main lobby area. We will definitely be back if we visit Charleston again!
