Don’t waste your time and money on this hotel stay at a real Hilton
The amenities that is offered online the do not have them at this location for example you pay 10 a night for parking to stay at the hotel, no coffee or tea for guest and the bar in the hotel the staff act like you are bothering them being in the area. Customer service is the worst that I have experienced.
Also when we checked in there marks on the sheets they had to come and change them

Extremely nice hotel! All of the rooms are suites, much to my surprise, quite spacious. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! Omelet station with a plethora of choices, also pancakes. French toast, bacon, tons of fresh fruit, hot cereals (not instant!) so many choices and even though the hotel was busy, the breakfast area was large and did not feel overcrowded. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I’d 100% recommend it!

Vacation trip - 2 days
Looked for a hotel with Hilton, indoor pool close to sights
Check in - Horrible. If you can digitally check in, it may not be ready at check in and you will be waiting. I was greeted with little empathy that the room I selected into digitally at 12 was not ready. 45min later, Front Manager, still had not actioned that I was waiting and never informed the housekeeping staff that a guest was waiting to check in. They offered a lower room but not the 9th floor as selected. recommendation, be prepared for your room not to be ready till maybe 6pm. Digital key is useless. call hotel and confirm.
Rooms - great, clean and open.
Amenities - drinks at happy hour, long lines
- pool - cold but fun
- bfast - great, plenty to eat
- parking $10/night
If you are a Hilton Honors person, consider a different hotel unless you have to stay here. I will look at Hampton next time.

I’ve been calling twice a day for the last several days to try and change my booking dates and finally after being answered I get met with a woman shouting on the other side of the phone while I’m trying to explain my problem then throwing me on hold as I’m trying to tell her my confirmation number AFTER she asked for said number……..the only reason I’m calling is because the emails don’t get looked and I’ve been trying to change the dates for dayssssss. And now I can’t because of the fee they place on rooms if you change after a certain time. I don’t know all in all it seems really weird that they don’t respond to emails or phone calls about changing dates until it’s too late.
