I've been a Hilton Platinum member for several years, and this was by far the worst experience regarding a visit to the restaurant. The food was below par, the chicken was tough and really not edible. Our server was Renee H, who should probably change careers with her attitude and attention to detail. Double-charged after misreading the receipt, so took another form of payment, which is being challenged.

When we asked for a room change, it was handled quickly and we were even given a little upgrade. For the price, I have to say I was very pleased. I was also delighted to see that housekeeping actually came to our room while we were out. Sadly, that's not the norm most places. Hiccups happen, but if the room is clean and the service is great, there's nothing to complain about. Very pleased, would definitely stay here again.

You do have one downfall, it’s paying to park now, which is 12.00 a night, it wasn’t like that before and I feel like the cost of rooms has went up so much why charge to park. There is a plus, bar in lobby, fire pit outside. Rooms are big and nice.

On the day of traveling, I called the hotel, and was told that they don't provide a shuttle service after 11 pm. Or flight, which was not delayed, arrive at 11 pm, so we had to take a taxi a pay additional $40. The only reason to book such a hotel is the shuttle service, especially if you arrive aklte. It was never mentioned on the website that they would not provide a shuttle service after 11 pm. So, if you want to get a free shuttle service after 11 pm, you better don't book this hotel
