  The room we were staying in had resort qualities. We liked it a lot. These courteous staff / team members make other establishments look poorly attended. They set the bar high and are definitely going to get my business in the future!!

  Perfect room across the street from the outlets and multiple restaurants. Comfortable bed and semi- reliable shuttle (waited 45 minutes at airport in the heat after calling twice)

  Overall it is pretty nice, large rooms, fridge, microwave, fairly clean, good internet. I stayed here for two non-consecutive weeks. Overall it is pretty nice, large rooms, fridge, microwave, fairly clean, good internet. There were some annoyances which echo what others have said. The cleaning staff seems a bit lazy without attention to detail. They'll replace the towels and make the bed, however they may forget to empty the trash or replace dirty cups or really clean every corner of the bathroom. The first night, I noticed a hand towel on the ground behind the front door they must have missed. The bed seemed comfortable but I had trouble getting a good nights sleep most nights. Not sure why, maybe the pillows. The first week, I got an handicap room. It was not directly facing the atrium but the first room down near the elevator. I could often hear people talking as they walked past to get to their room. There is a echo effect from noise down at the bar going up the atrium. My second week I had a regular room and asked to be away from the center so I was near the end. Unfortunately I was close to the service elevator so it would be loud during cleaning hours. Also, depending on the airport patterns you can definately hear low flying airplanes very clearly. Overall I was not bother by this much. I would not hear much noise late at night or early in the morning. I stayed up late on friday night and decided to sleep in saturday morning before my flight. There was definately more atrium noice friday night and I could hear it again saturday morning. So if you are travelling on buiness and need to get up early anyways and wont be around for weekends, its probably not a big deal. If your a vacationer and a light sleeper, it might be an issue, ask for an outer room. There is a sign offering ear plugs and a white noise machine but for me that would make it harder to sleep. Other annoyances. The elevator was extremely slow. There also only seemed to be one in operation. In the handicap room, every single time I flushed the toilet, it would continue to run. I would have to wait for the bowl to start filling up again and then jiggle the handle. This gets annoying if you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathrrom, forget, and have to get up again. I can imagine it would be worse for someone that was handicapped. The second room I got was better. Finally, the room was advertised as breakfast included, however you only get one free breakfast for your entire stay. Yet the second week, I got a breakfast voucher for every day. They make it a point to write on the card "Gratuity not included" eventhough its a buffet breakfast. This didnt matter much to me as I didn't have much time in the mornings for breakfast. I did try it once and it was pretty good with hot items like bacon and sausage. Anyways, even with all this, I'd probably stay again. Its in a good location, 5min from the airport, 15-20min anywhere else I needed to go.
