  So far enjoying my stay. Good location if you have a rental but walkable to large selection of dinner spots. Nice rooms and great AC. Definitely a quality Crowne Plaza offering.

  I had and have no complaints about my stay. My room was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The hotel was quiet. I was traveling on business and admittedly didn't partake in many of the amenities such as the on-site restaurant and bar or other amenities such as fitness room and pool.

  This is my third stay at Crowne Plaza in North Charleston, SC in the past two years. My husband and I were able to snag a babysitter very last minute, and we wanted to try and get away for a few days. We wanted to stay somewhere nice but affordable, and we always find that at a Crowne Plaza Charleston. Check in was an absolutely breeze. It took less than 5 minutes and I was ready to head to my room, key in hand. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and I've always received professional service. The rooms are extremely clean and I love the layout. When you enter your room, there is a curved couch for lounging. It's situated right next to the double beds. In front of the double beds you will find the TV and a dresser. There is a small closet, a desk, and a bookshelf containing a micro-fridge, coffee maker, and a desk. I absolutely love the bathroom. It is huge compared to other hotel bathrooms. The shower is really beautiful - tiled walls, a nice and strong shower head, and glass doors. This is a small thing, but there is a mantle area under the TV with USB chargers - YES! Thank you! The bedside table in between the two beds has a lamp that also has two plugs, which I appreciated because both my husband and I could charge our phones yet have them near us. Housekeeping was great, and our rooms were picked up and cleaned daily. I asked for extra laundry bags (because I had forgotten ours) and they were delivered promptly. The lobby is beautiful! It's very modern and upscale. You walk into the check-in area, and there is a little convenience store with necessities. As you enter the hotel further, there is a very large sitting area, with tons of couches and chairs. It would be perfect for a quiet conversation or getting some work done. There is a bar that serves drinks and food, and to the right is a restaurant. We never did get to eat there, but it was always crowded in the evening and at breakfast. There is an outdoor pool - it is large and has ample lounge chairs. There is an area with a fireplace that would be perfect for enjoying a romantic evening beverage. Overall, I am very pleased with the Crowne Plaza North Charleston and would stay there again.
