  Unbelievably , my family and I were rudely awaken by housekeeping banging on our door and others at 9:15am. on Sunday March 30th . When I told the employee my checkout time was 11:00 am , she said that it was at 9:00am and to take it up with the manager . She said she takes instructions from her manager and no one else . I WILL NOT return to Holiday Inn Express nor its affiliates . Reggie Singleton

  I transport items all over the country so basically stay in hotels every night. This was a good find and will save this location when passing through again. Clean & peaceful. Comfortable bed & good location with lots of parking

  I got charged by the full amount of my 11 night stay immediately after check in. The hotel said I would get refunded if I checked out early. I stay at hundreds of hotels and this is not the correct way to do business. I have not gotten the refund yet after 2 weeks. This makes doing business expenses really difficult. I will not go back to this hotel.

  Our stay at the Holiday Inn was exactly what we needed. The room was very clean, cozy, and the beds were comfortable—perfect after a long drive. We checked in around 3am and were so thankful to be able to get a few hours of good, solid sleep before getting back on the road at 8am. Everything was just as expected in a Holiday Inn, and we had no complaints about the room itself. It served its purpose perfectly and gave us the rest we needed to continue our trip. The only thing I wish hotels in general offered is some kind of reduced rate or half-price option for very short stays. On this trip alone, we had two nights where we only used the room for about four hours, so it does feel a little tough paying full price for such a quick stop. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we appreciated having a clean, reliable place to rest when we needed it most.

  3/12/26 edit In response to your comment I actually spoke with the front desk at approximately 6:57-6:59 am your time on Tuesday. and was transferred to what was supposed to be your voicemail using the extension 613? Maybe 617? I don’t recall but I without a doubt left a voicemail on what was supposed to be your personal work line. If you didn’t receive it then it was deleted prior to you listening to it somehow. I can totally understand having someone help answering calls when y’all are busy but to “pretend” to take a reservation is something entirely different. I would really like to speak to you over the phone. Il continue to try and reach out. One star review. My office called to make a reservation for me. Come to find out the maintenance man *c***os answered the phone and pretended to make a reservation. (Staff stated that they have him answer the phone from time to time). We had already confirmed there were two rooms available at the time. Showed up at approximately 5:15 to check in. The reservation wasn’t made and there were no more rooms available. Going to look for a way to reach out to upper upper management… hopefully they see this. Pretty crappy thing to let happen to someone. Left a voicemail for the manager to call me back. Still no response. Other than that the hotel is actually more than decent. Good breakfast and clean rooms.
