  3/12/26 edit In response to your comment I actually spoke with the front desk at approximately 6:57-6:59 am your time on Tuesday. and was transferred to what was supposed to be your voicemail using the extension 613? Maybe 617? I don’t recall but I without a doubt left a voicemail on what was supposed to be your personal work line. If you didn’t receive it then it was deleted prior to you listening to it somehow. I can totally understand having someone help answering calls when y’all are busy but to “pretend” to take a reservation is something entirely different. I would really like to speak to you over the phone. Il continue to try and reach out. One star review. My office called to make a reservation for me. Come to find out the maintenance man *c***os answered the phone and pretended to make a reservation. (Staff stated that they have him answer the phone from time to time). We had already confirmed there were two rooms available at the time. Showed up at approximately 5:15 to check in. The reservation wasn’t made and there were no more rooms available. Going to look for a way to reach out to upper upper management… hopefully they see this. Pretty crappy thing to let happen to someone. Left a voicemail for the manager to call me back. Still no response. Other than that the hotel is actually more than decent. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

  Great shower. Very clean room with comfy bed. Quiet. Very nice employees.

  Mrs. Kendra Hudson, Mrs Amber and staff are very professional. They have Great attitudes and are very respectful. They Keep the kitchen area very clean.

  I checked into this hotel looking to get rest I was met with a rude awakening literally ! My check out time was 11 am. My door was knocked on several times before 11 am. As a paying customer my check out time is what I paid for. The staff harassed me to leave prior to my check out time. If you want to get a good nights rest this isn’t the place to do it.

  I just want to say while I had a few issues during my stay the front desk staff, manager and maintenance did everything they could to make it right. That is all a person could ask for is good service, no place is perfect but accountability is everything. I have stayed here many times and will continue too, I look forward to seeing it after the renovations are done :-)
