The property is currently undergoing renovations, which are definitely needed. Constant smell within the hallways and no good airflow. The website still advertises amenities like a fire pit, but when I asked, I was told it’s no longer in use. I requested a late checkout (and even offered to pay), but was told no. I also asked to speak with the manager, Trish, but she never returned my call or followed up. The constant staff changes and lack of accountability make the customer service feel inconsistent and unprofessional. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope the renovations bring new leadership and a real commitment to customer service, because the current experience falls far short.
