Stayed here one night for a business trip. Check in was smooth but I got a little confused about the parking and the room numbers. The lobby is beautiful, but the pleasant woodsy campfire smell slowly became overwhelming, especially when dining and when I could still smell it in my room. I felt like I had been camping and things still smelled like the smoke. Was missing a bath mat in the bathroom, and the towels were much more worn and rough than I expected. There were no facial tissues, and the soap was horrible. I had stopped bringing my own because even bargain chains usually have good quality soaps and these were disappointing. One of my colleagues said theirs was really nice and so if I had been staying longer, I would have asked for another type, and for the proper towels and tissues. The closet was missing the laundry bag and one of the hangers was just laying on the floor like it was skipped over. I was also confused about the placement of the mirrors. There was one at the foot of each bed... I know there wasn't much wall space for them otherwise, but it was still strange to get into bed and look myself in the face. I skipped the hotel restaurant dinner but did have breakfast and the staff seemed new... It took much longer than I expected and we were almost late getting to our meeting after waiting for the food. It was overall pretty tasty, though I would have liked a little more seasoning on my avocado toast.

We arrived on Thursday 06/11/25 at 6pm, only to be told by the front desk staff our room was not ready. There was no explanation and no apology, just a waved hand at the lounge room with "all these people are also waiting for rooms". The longest wait was up to 4 hours! They certainly gave us the impression that this was a regular occurrence here, which was alarming. They were also unable to tell us when a room would be available. We went out for dinner, and thankfully at 9pm when we came back a room was available. I asked at this point about a discount and/or reimbursement, and was told the general manager would contact me tomorrow about this.
On Friday 07/11/25, we did not hear from the general manager, nor was our room serviced. I raised both issues with the reception staff, only to be told "call the general manager yourself".
On Saturday 08/11/25, I called the general manager and left a voicemail, but never heard back. Our room was finally serviced, but only once I yet again had to ask the front desk for this. We had breakfast at the hotel and it took an astonishing 45 minutes for them to cook an omelette and a sausage sandwich. Issues abounding everywhere.
On Sunday 09/11/25, I yet again called the general manager and left another voicemail. At check out, I mentioned all the issues and communication difficulties that exist at this hotel, but the staff were unable to provide a discount or reimbursement without approval from the general manager (who still has not contacted me, and I'm writing this on Tuesday 11/11/25).
I have no qualms about paying 4-star hotel prices for a room that I can access and appropriate service. However, I am not willing to pay for limited room access and service that I would have expected had we been staying at the local camping ground.
A very disappointing experience.

This is my second time staying. This is a pet friendly establishment and although allergic I usually don't have a reaction but I did here. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was dirty and the sink had toothpaste in it. The beds were ok. But a bit skeptical since the sheets were bit straight ans smooth. The over all location and ambiance or the hotel is amazing.

Never recieved my $100 damage deposit back even though the room was left in the same condition. I was also charged an extra $150 for fees labeled as "Taxes."
Room service also never came in to clean the room or change the sheets, just replenished towels and washcloths.
For $600+, my stay here was unpleasant. I'm not sure what others see in this hotel. Even my view was pretty garbage and keeping the window curtain closed felt mandatory.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lobby is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to departure.
However, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The sofa had visible stains, and the towels and washcloths were noticeably rough... not what I’d expect from a property of this caliber. Because our stay was short, I didn’t raise an issue, but if we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change.
The hotel has great potential with its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, but a little more attention to housekeeping details would elevate the guest experience.
