  We had a wonderful stay while visiting family in town and going to the women's tournament Brittany was welcoming and attentive, quickly helping us when we needed extra towels. Her kindness really made our experience even better.

  We checked in March 20th & immediately loved the area & aesthetic of this hotel. The lobby smells great, the lady working the morning shift always had great customer service throughout our stay, and we were excited for our stay. My husband and I get to the room, shower, & immediately noticed there was hair in the shower from the previous guest. We rinsed the shower out, Lysol’d the room well since we assumed the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. We then relaxed in the bed and were disrupted by housekeeping entering our room without knocking or even announcing themselves. This turned us off from our stay immediately. We were asked Saturday around noon how our stay was and we explained the issues. They gave us complimentary drinks at the hotel bar to use before checkout the following morning. We weren’t able to use them due to acceptance restrictions at the hotel restaurant & bar. Needless to say, this hotel is in a great area with plenty of restaurants & things to do, however, spending $150+ nightly for this hotel definitely isn’t worth it. We won’t be returning.

  Zero service - I left my jacket at the room on my check out and couple hours later when i was far away from that location a called them and ask if they can check it out for it. 24 hours later and 10 attempts calling them no body can let me know if they find it. Manager not available. And by the way bathrooms so dirty. Do nor even look at this place

  My wife was staying at this hotel alone, and shortly after checking in, she had a very frightening experience that caused her to feel completely unsafe. The same employee who checked her in and personally handed her the room key later went to her room and began banging aggressively on the door. At the time, my wife was in the shower. She called out through the door that she was in the shower and could not open it. Despite this, the employee—James—continued to bang on the door and demanded that she open it to identify herself and provide her ID. This made no sense, as he already knew who she was and had just checked her in moments earlier. He persisted multiple times, insisting she open the door. This behavior terrified my wife. She felt unsafe, vulnerable, and unsure of what to do, especially as a woman alone in the room. I was on the phone with her during the incident and heard everything unfold in real time. Because of how unsafe she felt, my wife made the decision to leave the hotel and check out immediately. No guest—especially a woman staying alone—should ever be made to feel frightened or pressured like this by hotel staff. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will be contacting corporate to report this incident. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, and no one should ever be made to feel this way while staying at a hotel.
