Rodent pellets on lounge chair. Stains on sheets. Shower handle broken and water Luke warm. I will say the breakfast had a wide variety and taste was good.

Breakfast was great, staff was great, fast check-in and they actually had a working hot tub. Staff could not have been nicer. 10/10 - Bed so comfortable I slept in on accident. Full GYM, not just a treadmill.

The woman I spoke with was very rude and not very bright , She also didn't listen but just spoke over me in a loud voice so she really misunderstood me. Update, glad to see they did some renovation. The linens have hair and stuff on them . At around midnight, I was unable to take a much needed shower but unfortunately THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!!!. Half the parking lot was closed to construction. I didn't have a parking spot. They have a lot of stray cats that are adorable. I think they need to make sure the cats get fixed. They need to give the cats a warm shelter as well.
