  Great customer service, location is amazing, pools closed for the off season which is a bummer but understandable. Rooms are open and comfortable, well kept. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

  Stayed at The Ellie for a conference. The staff was fantastic. The room was really nice and comfortable. Love those Hilton beds. I’d like to bring back my family for a summer vacation. Looks like so much to do there.

  While it has been some months since my last visit, I still wanted to reach out and extend my sincerest thanks for the exceptional service from one of your employees, Ms. Denise Nimri. This is one employee that Going Above and Beyond, and has done some for a number of years. During our last stay at The Ellie Beach Resort from July 13–18, 2025, my family and I experienced outstanding service from Ms. Denise, who went well beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Before our arrival, she took the time to personally check the room we requested and verify the layout to make sure it would accommodate our family’s needs. Traveling hundreds of miles and not having enough space would have been difficult, but thanks to her attention to detail, everything was perfect when we arrived. We’ve stayed at the same hotel each year for the our annual SCAPT convention — whether it was The DoubleTree by Hilton or The Ellie Beach Resort since 2017, and each visit seems to get better than the last. A big reason for that has been the warm, professional, and attentive service from the staff, especially Ms. Denise. Her attention to your customers is beyond exceptional and made a real difference in our experience. Even after check-in, Ms. Denise continued to follow up to make sure our accommodations met our expectations. Since our stay coincided with a work conference I was attending, she was especially considerate of my family’s needs while I was in meetings. Whether it was responding to phone calls or multiple emails from myself and my colleagues, Ms. Denise consistently handled every question with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Our sincere thanks and recognition to Ms. Denise for her exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. She truly represents the best of Doubletree Resort By Hilton, and The Ellie Beach Resort.

  I went to a conference here in January, the rooms were very nice and the view is beautiful. We didn’t use the pool because of the time of year, but it was a great facility and well kept. Denise 2.0 at reception was SO incredibly kind and helpful with a problem we ran into—just the kind of customer service you hope to experience when traveling.

  We stayed at THE ELLIE Beach Resort in November of 2025. I booked online at Hilton.com. The (Total price to Stay, 268.80 USD) After arrival the resort charged us more fees. Pool fee, pier fee, and I don't know everything she was call out. It was too cold to use most of the things she named. I question her and she said I would have to pay the fees, even though it said Total price to Stay. Guests is not allowed to smoke but the smell of marijuana coming from the laundry room everyday was so bad, I guess it's okay for employees to smoke anything they want to. THE GOOD- We liked everything else.
