They charged us more than we were supposed to be charged, told me 552$ on check in then on day of check out charged my card 747$. I’ve stayed at better places for cheaper. Elevators are dirty pool was small. Really not as nice as you would think for the price was my first and last visit. Also it was my birthday trip!

Although minor things in the room needing fixing the view was absolutely breath taking. The service was outstanding. It was off season and there was a large event staying at the hotel, the pools definitely could have used some cleaning. The sunrise and sunsets were the best and we loved being steps away from the beach. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

While the room was clean, the property felt dated and quite different from what is shown online. The arrival process was especially confusing. There was no staff at the entrance to guide us regarding parking, and after checking in around 1:00 a.m., we had to return to the car to place a check-in paper on the dashboard. Additionally, although the hotel indicated there was an elevator in the parking area, it was out of service. This required us to carry our luggage up the stairs and exit the building to access the area where our room was located, which was inconvenient after a long drive. This stay was manageable for one night, but I would not choose this property for a longer stay. Clearer communication, better organization, and facility updates would significantly improve the guest experience.
