I was on a business trip and our toilet overflowed into the floor it was literally everywhere and it happened as soon as we woke up to get ready. 😥 I noticed when we checked in a plunger was already sitting next to the toilet so the room already had plumbing issues.. I was hoping to get extra points or a discount but they gave me a room move.. Breakfast was amazing. All the staff was amazing I have literally nothing bad to say about the service I received only the room experience itself. Wish it was better.
