Let me start by saying we didn't smell anything bad, we didn't see any bugs anywhere, the floors were not sticky, and everything was very pleasant. Went here for Thanksgiving. We spent 4 nights/5 days and loved it! We spent time in the hot tub, enjoyed the evening social with beer/wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and food (one night was a salad bar, meatballs, and garlic bread), and loved the breakfast in the mornings! Their breakfast consists of a yogurt parfait BAR, waffle station (also with mini-waffles), bagels, cereal, juice, eggs, sausage/bacon, grits, hot oatmeal, coffee, milk, and soda. The dining area is big and really comfortable! They have a fireplace that was always lit and a big tv. Our room had two bedrooms, 3 beds total, and TWO bathrooms with full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. And great water pressure! This is a very pet friendly hotel - there are areas that have bags and trash cans, there are very nice areas to walk, even at night. The hotel is under new management and it is obvious!! This is such a pretty place and I know they plan on changing more things and making it even better! The staff was so nice and friendly! The GM, Scott, was so welcoming and everyone there definitely made us feel like we were very well taken care of.

The dining area is big and really comfortable! They have a fireplace that was always lit and a big tv. They also have a section that is quieter without a TV. Oh! Plus the outside patio area! They have a Pantry where you can buy drinks, beer, candy, ice cream, frozen meals, etc too - it's available 24/7 and you pay at the front desk. I'm adding a ton of pics of the outside - I missed getting pictures inside. One thing to note: the 2 bedroom suite has 2 beds in one room, another bed in the other room, a full size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee, stove top, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, etc. A living room/dining table area with a couch, chairs, ottomans, and TV. And TWO bathrooms with full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. 🏨 Staybridge Suites, Myrtle Beach, SC - Feedback The Staybridge Suites in Myrtle Beach, SC, was a great place to stay from Thursday, the 27th, through Sunday, the 30th, of November 2025. I really enjoyed our room; it was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The service at the front desk was totally 5-star, and everyone else was just as awesome. ☕ Sunday Morning Breakfast Incident The only exception was the two food and beverage employees, Mirna and Eli, who were working on Sunday morning to serve breakfast. According to the schedule, breakfast was served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Sundays. I reached the breakfast area at 8:42 AM, and the area was full of guests. Most of the food was gone, and these two employees refused to put out more, telling me that there was nothing left. They still had another hour and a half before closing. I got a bowl of cereal and sat down with what I could have. About twenty minutes after I arrived, a large white family came in, and suddenly, the women started bringing out more food. You can imagine how that made me feel. Aside from this single incident, my stay at the Staybridge Suites was awesome.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. I am a ihg employee myself and came 12 hours away to stay. I was on a business trip and our toilet overflowed into the floor it was literally everywhere and it happened as soon as we woke up to get ready. 😥 I noticed when we checked in a plunger was already sitting next to the toilet so the room already had plumbing issues.. I was hoping to get extra points or a discount but they gave me a room move.. Breakfast was amazing. All the staff was amazing I have literally nothing bad to say about the service I received only the room experience itself. Wish it was better.
