Fantastic facilities, breakfast was very good.
Great spot, right on the boardwalk.
Kids loved the indoor pool with lazy river, splash pad and 2 water slides.
Great place to go to on winter break as prices are good and the water park is indoors and mild in temp.
One suggestion would be to increase the temp of the water in the Waterpark be a few degrees.

5 star hotel! From the valet service to the check in process everything was amazing. Room was very clean. The bartender a young Jamaican woman was very friendly, the food was fresh and tasty! I had the chicken tacos. Great walking distance for exploring near shops. The price was worth every dollar spent for this trip! Definitely using this hotel next visit.
Only 1 eh, that doesn’t change my 5 star review. The hottub had a lot of chemicals in there. We could only stay in less than 10 minutes because everyone eyes burned badly. We could see heavy white foam floating. So we did exit the Hot tub.

Most of the reviews are spot on.
Pros: Service was attentive, location is close to alot of fun things, room was a good size and had lots of storage and chairs
Cons: smelly like feet right off the bat coming in, random stains and debri on towels and blankets, pool was NOT heated so it was not enjoyable especially considering it was during winter time, elevator does take a while, roaches every time we were in the pool area, the pillows were thin like as soon as you lay on it it compresses down to nothing

We booked this for a Christmas beach trip, assuming it would be calmer, quieter, and—given the price—somewhat pleasant.
That assumption was adorable.
Let’s start with the positives. The water park was genuinely nice, and the lifeguard deserves real praise. He was attentive, professional, and clearly the only person on the property who understood the concept of responsibility. Ten out of ten for him.
Now for the rest—because wow.
Parking is not included. It’s an extra $25 per day, with no free parking anywhere nearby, because the beach apparently runs on ransom rules. On top of that, there’s an additional $50 hold just to stay there. So before you even unpack, you’re already paying surprise fees like it’s a mobile game.
The elevator system is a nightmare. The area in front of the elevators had so many puddles it qualified as an unofficial extension of the pool. Wet floors, dripping guests, zero organization. To make it worse, half the people didn’t understand that repeatedly mashing the elevator button does not make the doors close faster, which caused massive backups, long lines, and a level of collective impatience that felt like a social experiment gone wrong.
Now let’s talk about sleep—hypothetically, because that did not happen.
The pillows felt like rolled-up bedsheets shoved into sacks. Squishy, but not in a comforting way—more like sleeping on regret. The mattress felt like lightweight rocks duct-taped together. I’m sure the bed bugs enjoyed it immensely.
Yes. Bed bugs.
We woke up with bites and left in the middle of the night. As a bonus, our belongings are now quarantined and not allowed in our house, because nothing says “Merry Christmas” like isolating your luggage and questioning all your life choices at 3 a.m.
The shower was fine, which I might’ve appreciated more had there not been visible mold on the lampshade in the room. Festive.
Honestly, if this is what a quiet Christmas beach trip looks like, I can only imagine summer involves hour-long elevator waits, human traffic jams, and paying extra fees just to blink.
In summary: a nice water park, one excellent lifeguard, and an experience that absolutely does not match the price or the Hilton name.
Would not return. Would not recommend. Would recommend fire, plastic bags, and very low expectations.
