- MMMichael819042 days ago5.0I had a wonderful time. Sitting alone and enjoying a drink, I felt welcome, invited, and comfortable. Shana Kay was engaging, and personable. Traveling and having to sit alone can be daunting. I definitely felt comfortable and as if I was part of a family. I will without a doubt be back, not necessarily just because the hotel is great, but because of Shana Kay. Thanks Hilton!

My family thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and witty interaction. Her personality was wonderful. She is great. She sold the bar, food and hotel. She made us feel welcome and feel like family. Keep up the great work! You really have a gem. We will all be back again!

- QPQueen PFeb 17, 20265.0We recently had to get a hotel room in Myrtle Beach because our college student got sick and was in the hospital. We stayed here and the room was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable. But the BEST part is the view….my goodness it was a beautiful view! If you can try to get a room with an ocean view. We saw so many dolphins!!! We did not eat breakfast there, but it is available. There is a charge for valet parking and I will say it is worth it. They were very friendly and careful. We did not interact with front desk much, they were friendly and they did say hello when we walked by. The elevators worked great and were fast. Over all we had a great stay there and will stay there again.
