Pretty good.
Rooms large with great views, although furniture starting to look a bit worn. Carpet and room needed a good deep clean.
Breakfast was tasty and good choice however it amazes me hotels choose to use disposable plates / cutlery and glasses. I’m no eco warrior but this just feels wrong in this day and age.
Well located right on the beautiful beach and a short walk to the boardwalk and shops area.
Pool area was brilliant for the kids.
Staff all very pleasant.
Overall would return / recommend.

This was a disappointment. My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. We ended up checkout early. The sheets were dirty, the towels dirty. Cockroach in the bathroom. We were on the 16th floor. Carpet ripped up. The ceilings had chiped wood and holes. This place is has a lot of potential but they do not care about keeping it up. Just Amazing that I am glad we stayed on the off season because I would be extremely upset if we paid 400+ a night.
Everyone is different but when I leave my home to stay someone else I want it to be just as nice as my home. I don't want to take bad things home with me. We wouldn't even sit on the couches. I will never stay there again. We always stay hilton but this should not be a hilton.

Check in was great Madeline was very nice and has great customer service, Madeline is awesome in her role. As far as the rest of the employees I can’t say the same. The breakfast guy stands in the middle of breakfast and mean mugs you, like you’re in his way. He acts like he has an attitude. Then my key card was not working when maintenance was called. The gentleman banged on my door like he was the police and didn’t yell maintenance. He almost got hurt doing that because my kids and I were in the room and he was banging on the door like he was crazy. Then when I opened the door the first thing he said was there is nothing wrong with your door. Go downstairs and get another key made. I told him my key didn’t work for me and that was the first thing I did and it was red when I tried to open my door. I showed him but it worked that time and he just walked off. I will never stay at this resort again because of the employees nasty attitudes. Oh yeah, found out that if you don’t use public parking you have to pay valet for parking. My room had stains all over it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Disability Friendly
I booked this hotel specifically for my daughter, who has special needs, because she wanted to stay beachfront and have an indoor pool. After reading the reviews, I thought it would be a great experience. My daughter also has a service dog, which we’ve never had any issues with before at other hotels.
At check-in, the front desk staff appropriately asked about the service dog, which was fine. But once we got to the restaurant, things went downhill. The bartender acted visibly annoyed that we had a child and a service dog with us. She barely approached our table, forgot my daughter’s drink, and watched her with clear discomfort because of her stimming — which is part of her condition. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Later that evening, we went to the pool. My daughter has sensory sensitivities and cannot wear a wristband. Even though I showed the staff our wristbands, the pool attendant refused to allow her in unless she wore it. I tried explaining that she has a disability, but they would not make any accommodation. Meanwhile, I noticed many other guests without wristbands swimming freely.
The situation caused my daughter to have a meltdown and later a seizure due to all the stress — which is exactly why she has a service dog to begin with.
To make things worse, the next morning at breakfast (which was supposed to be served until 10:00 AM), staff began putting everything away at 9:35 while guests were still eating. They seemed almost happy to tell people they were closing early. It was incredibly rude and showed, once again, a complete lack of customer service or care for their guests.
If you or your family member has a disability, I do not recommend staying here. The staff is not trained, compassionate, or accommodating toward guests with special needs, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing for what was supposed to be a special night for my child.
