  Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. The location was central to a lot of locations. Having the mall literally right next door is convenient. Staff were super friendly. Overall a great stay.! Would definitely recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed.

  This hotel is clean and in a great location! We stayed in a King Suite and it was very spacious. Some things we liked- 1. Onsite restaurant 2. Valet parking. Only $25 a night. 3. Check in process was quick and easy. 4. Staff was very kind and easy to work with! I would recommend this hotel with just a few words of caution- 1. the beds are very hard. I had trouble sleeping because I am not used to a bed this hard. If you like that then it won’t be an issue for you. 2. The indoor pool is not heated. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to take our toddler to the indoor water park but the water was so cold he was shivering and we couldn’t stay long. I guess that’s on me because it doesn’t say heated, I just assumed. So just keep that in mind! 3. I wish we had a better view. We had a beachfront room with a balcony but the right side of our balcony was blocked by a part of the building that juts out. With this in the way we weren’t able to see the sunset from our room.

  Arrived for a last minute Christmas get away and was warmly greeted by the staff (Shoutout to J.M!) . They were absolutely phenomenal! It was our first time traveling with our newly one year old, and they were so sweet and kind to him and us and put us nervous parents at ease. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. Soaps, plates, silverware, and the appliances were clean. Unfortunately, I have to echo other people’s comments of suggesting replacing the mattress. I think I got about 15 minutes of sleep during our stay as they were so uncomfortable and hard. If you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, request a room that doesn’t face the parking lot. We had blue lights in our windows (which seemed to lack real blinds) all night which, along with the mattress, kept me up more than I would have liked. Despite that, I will definitely be returning to this hotel! Can’t beat the price and the location was perfect for us.
