Holiday Inn has always been my first choice when I need a hotel. You really cant beat Holiday Inn! The remodel looks great! I definitely recommend.

The professionalism rivaled that of many higher end hotels. The breakfast hosts maintained a clean and well stocked breakfast area. The property is adjacent to restaurants and bars. The property is being renovated, so it will be even better.

However, I do typically stay in H.I.Express- as the amenities match the price, and they meet my needs, without issue. When issues arise they handle it. No complaints for the location. To the review! Joy, was a…..Joy (requisite bad dad pun)- but I mean it. Eating breakfast in a hotel lobby is an event that under the best circumstances can be problematic for the attendant. Not enough of X, people waiting on the waffle/pancake maker backing up into the seating area, things not hot, too hot, or just plain out. However, spoke to Joy in my buffet pass, she was pleasant, engaging and addressed ALL tables. I felt like I was paying for a restaurant. Being proactive, checking on people, heading problems before they started, etc… Sweet in demeanor, but always moving. When not dealing directly with a customer, cleaning. Even WHILE talking to people she was bussin and cleaning. Excellent employee, IHG keep her around. Makes a difference when we are on the road as much as we are!
