Wonderful Anniversary Stay!
While celebrating our anniversary here in Myrtle Beach, we’ve had a fantastic experience so far. When we checked in, Shonda was professional, knowledgeable about the property and everything it offers, and incredibly kind and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Our room is amazing with a breathtaking view! The area has so much to offer … great restaurants, wine, and good vibes all around. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

I experienced a level of relaxation that I cannot explain. I was upgraded to room 2304 by Janine who exceeds the definition of hospitality. She was so kind and welcoming and wanted to do her very best to ensure a relaxed weekend for me. I extended for an additional night as snapping back into reality was difficult. Janine is EXCEPTIONAL and very knowledgeable. Keep her around forever! Thank you also to the manager for assisting her with the approval.

Just location. Rooms need a bunch of work. Every staff member in this facility are rude. It started with the reservation specialists LOL. We asked for two night plus a company paid night. Well that did NOT happen. First night hotel was full of people playing loud music and yelling. First morning my husband left his side arm on the bedside table. In a holster. Not concealed! Door said no concealable weapons. It was on his waist when we checked in. So the house keeper “foreigner” called the front desk. No one in the room just her and a sleeping gun. Second night there are no parking places in the garage. Husband accidentally parked in a valet spot. We have a card on file but no they call him basically wanting to shuttle back to hotel and move it. He says put it on the room. Second night very roudy and loud crowd till midnight when they begin to hoot and yell at the top of their voices. Second morning laying in bed relaxing. Housekeeping shows up and knocks with a do not disturb on the door. We tell her we’re here till tomorrow. Next front desk knocks we say we’re here for another night, she says ok. Next security, some little short dude shows up says we need to leave. I go down to the front desk to find out what’s happening. I ask for the manager. Out walks a severely drug induced and sleepy person. She looks like she’s been on a week long drug binder. Hair not brushed and a very oversized dress and sweater on. Needless to say we had to pack and leave because we had to exit that room. The entire experience was disturbing. If we have to book this hotel again we will miss the Christmas party at the embassy suites. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
