We didn't have a great stay, left early. Rooms were ok but no room service at all , only for extra charge, we were told if we want we can take the trash to trash shoot. No coffee cup or towel replacements..
Add to that there was a convention there for a grou: freedom from religion. I have not seen so many miserable people together, they were creating all kinds of issues to the hotel staff, creating a very negative vibe throughout the hotel. We didn't want to be a part of it, we left.

Jeffrey Johnson is a great representative for your property. He is friendly and efficient.
The staff was friendly in general. The accommodations were very satisfactory.
The parking charge is way too high. The extra charges for linen services and television were
unexpected.

This was my first time staying here and it was pretty good! I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious in the condos. The elevators worked really quickly say to they had over 20 floors lol. Overall my experience was pretty good! But I would like to brag on Jeffrey at the gate. When I was pulling up to check in, he greeted me with so much respect and kindness. He told me where I needed to park in the parking garage and where he felt it was safe for us to be. I really appreciated that from him. You can tell he enjoys his job and cares for the customers. So thank you Jeffrey for being so sweet and caring about who stays at the resort! Because of him I will he back. Side note: I actually was sad when he wasn’t at the gate just so I could speak to him. ☺️

My stay at the Royale Palms was very enjoyable. The cleanliness was on point and the hotel staff was exceptional. A special shout out goes to Jeffrey. He greeted us with a big smile and a great conversation every time we entered and exited the property. His attitude was extremely pleasant. I’ve never experienced a more awesome attitude at a guard shack. He acted happy to be at work and it felt genuine! I will return.

Unfortunately, due to an unforseen incident at Oceanfront Hilton, I ended up going to Royal Palms. While in route I called and requested a room. Was informed by 2 of the Representatives from the Hilton Reservationists that the rate would be $200 and some dollars for a 2nights stay. They couldn't get me a third night, therefore my vacation was cut short. I had ended up in the ER from severe allergy attack from the previous Hotel. The rate I had paid at Oceanfront was $280 some dollars for 3 nights there. So when they quoted almost the same amount for 2 nights, I jumped at it, even though it was a little more & I was sick. When I arrived at Royal, the gentleman at the desk swiped my card for $329, I asked why so much, he said when you check out, the other will fall off. Ok. But. When I checked out, they swiped it for another $529 & when I inquired he said that's the rates. I said Sir, that's not what I was quoted, nor what you stated earlier. This all happened in July (18-20) Right at $900 for 2 nights. Surreal. They will not listen to the recordings from that night nor refund me. I'm an Hilton Honors member & this is like a Nightmare. This has been the first Anything like this has Ever happened to me.
When I called the number that was given, they transfered me to the Hotel itself. The gentleman stated that the Reservationists reserve the rooms and it's unfortunate that they don't have no way of listening to the recordings and the room was booked for the amount they charged my card. He said there's no way they can change the rate of the rooms. So people, Please be careful in booking rooms with this Hotel. What they quoted on the phone and what they charge once you are there, are definitely Not, the same price. Before you give them your card, PLEASE ask what the rates are a 2nd time, so you won't be robbed like I was. There was no email sent to me except the one during check-out. This is a sad scandal. I will be Praying for you all. God knows what you did was wrong.
