Make the most of your vacation and enjoy our two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is covered, plus our state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, and kids activity center. Grab a snack or souvenir from The Marketplace, unwind in our lounge and enjoy direct access to the beach.     My family and I are Diamond holders and long-time timeshare owners at this hotel, so coming here is supposed to feel like home. Instead, today was deeply disappointing. I drove four hours to get here, only to be told my room wouldn’t be canceled and my business card wouldn’t be accepted. Nobody ever told me these changes needed to be made a week ahead of time. As a Diamond timeshare owner, I honestly expected better. The way I was treated today made me feel dismissed and unvalued. I will be reaching out to our third-party provider to file a complaint because this experience does not reflect the loyalty and investment my family has made in this property.

    I came here for my birthday. I originally reserved one night but after seeing the room (I had an oceanfront king), I immediately booked a second night. I reserved the two room oceanfront suite (for my actual birthday, because why not?). Each room and view was absolutely breathtaking. Each encounter with ANY staff member was exceptional. Check in was incredibly easy. Everyone at the front desk presented themselves with professionalism and were super friendly. I will absolutely return in the future.

    Nice property. Front desk staff member was very pleasant and welcoming. The concierge wasn't too pushy to listen to a 90 minute timeshare presentation which I appreciated. We had the 1 bd oceanfront room which was a great layout. The main issue was the Wi-Fi to stream anything. The HDMI was down and the Chromecast streaming didn't always work which was frustrating. The food and drinks at the sports bar were great. Overall good stay, just need to fix the Wi-Fi which I saw in other posts in the past.

    This hotel is spectacular 👌 from the staff to the rooms. Stay here for my birthday which was 11/10🥳🥰. We i had the ocean front view and everything was top notch . I will be staying here again,again, again lol. Can't get over how beautiful this is hotel is

    Our Stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Enclave - Room 606B ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 Stars) I was really pleasantly surprised by this place! Our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Enclave in Myrtle Beach exceeded most of our expectations. Parking & Check-In: Super easy to find right off Ocean Boulevard with a convenient drive-through check-in. Valet is $25/day, but we used the free parking garage across the street (3rd floor up). Well-lit, safe, and only a 3-minute walk back. The lobby staff were really nice and helpful. They offer the timeshare pitch ($250 credit or 90,000 Hilton points), but there’s no pressure if you decline. The Elevators: They have this cool Otis Compass® 360 system that uses your room key to direct you to the most efficient elevator. Pretty smart! Room 606B: Our room was beautiful! King bed (super comfortable!), full-size TV, plenty of closet space. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances - double refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room was spacious with comfy furniture, another TV, and a spectacular full beach view! There’s a dining table that seats four and a large sliding door to a balcony where we had our morning coffee with ocean breezes. The unit has a washer and dryer in the hallway, plus iron and ironing board. The bathroom was huge with a great walk-in shower (regular and handheld showerheads), hairdryer, and plenty of towels. Resort Amenities: Beautiful outdoor pools and hot tub that we used daily. There’s an outdoor bar by the pool, an on-site pub and grill, and a convenience store on the second floor with drinks, snacks, and travel medications. Location: Perfect! Starbucks is a 3-minute walk. Close to Walgreens, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and tons of restaurants. The Issue: The one thing that really brought down our rating was a moldy/damp smell when you walked in. It was pretty noticeable and needs to be addressed - likely an actual mold or moisture problem, not just needing air freshener. Bottom Line: Despite the smell issue, we really enjoyed our stay. Spectacular views, great amenities, perfect location. Super clean. If they fix the damp smelling problem, this would easily be 5 stars. I’d recommend this place and this unit, but ask about the smell situation first if you’re sensitive to odors.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
