Enjoyed a stay here recently with my spouse. We stayed on the 27th floor which had remarkable views not only from the room but also from the windows outside of the elevators and the hallway.
The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. There were plenty of kitchen items available to make small meals if you desire. There is also a restaurant, bar, coffee, convenience shop on the 2nd floor. The service is very slow. I ordered a quesadilla and it took well over 20 minutes of waiting in the shop for it to go. I brought it to my room and it wasnt worth the wait or the cost
This place has great security when it comes to the elevators. You have to use a room key to access the panel I'm order to select the floor your going to then it will direct you to what elevator to use.
I would probably not stay here again. It's more of a time share place than anything. The hotel is nice and the staff is extremely friendly. I just feel for the price of the rooms, parking down the street in a parking garage, and no amenities that I look for that I could choose a different Hilton Brand hotel. Again, there was nothing wrong with this place, I just like certain amenities.
Also the boardwalk was nice to walk at night with all the Christmas decorations out

Careful with the scamsters in the 4th floor. The sales team full of lies and schemes to trap. We are owners and we spent our points for a vacation at this location. We were requested multiple time to attend 60 minutes presentetion for a gift, with the disclaimer we can leave after 1 hour.
When we met the sale rep. after the brief presentetion, that dude was full of lies and threatened us to close our account if we dont buy more. And the threats continued till we left and his boss was also part of it and no one stopped the threats. Till we left the floor, everyone try to scam us.
Dont you guys realize it is illegal to sell realestate by threatening people? I hope there would be some serious investigation about this location and their shady practice.

Stayed here weekend before Christmas on Friday, Saturday and checked out on Sunday. I was floored by the room space and the view, Oceanfront King. Saturday night I went to plug in my phone and noticed something on the floor. Did I drop something? I go to see what it was and to my eyes there was a HUGE roach that was dead. Sunday I go to check out and inform the front desk and she states "If it was this big its just a Palmetto bug, unfortunately that's the way of life out here". No sorry, nothing. I paid good money to NOT see a Roach, it aint no Palmetto bug. Hilton corporate will agree with me in sure. Beware! 704B has Roaches!

These folks are so committed to selling that they have advertisements on the back of the elevator doors. I can't speak to the rest of the staff, but Michelle has excellent taste in music. It's always great to be able to connect with my fellow 26 year olds. 😉🤪 Other than that, the property is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. Everyone we met on the staff was polite and professional to the point that I almost feel bad about harassing them every chance I got. They all took my silliness quite well, I admit. This was a great property to visit and I hope to return someday.

I have stayed at all the Hilton Grand Vacations in Myrtle Beach. I'm also an owner. Enclave is by far the favorite for many reasons. The rooms are spacious and the view is beyond compare if you book in advance. Only issue that kept this from being a 5 star for room was housekeeping uses a broom instead of vacuum on the non carpeted floors which shuffles dust in the air only to land on furniture and floor all over again. Plus water didn't really get hot. I took showers and cleaned dishes in luke warm water. The water pressure in our room was also very low, but it may have been just our room. Beware that Myrtle beach hotels will all have a strong chlorine smell and dry out your skin and hair unless they have a water softener. The Hiltons do not. So you're getting chlorine in the pools/spa AND in your rooms. Buy bottled water and bring hydrating lotion and leave in conditioner for hair. The rooms feature washer/dryer and kitchen amenities. You will need laundry detergent, dryer sheets, salt/pepper, condiments, and oil/butter to cook. I would recommend getting coffee filters if you bring your own coffee. The soap is VERY drying, bring your own to wash hands. If you're not a fan of one ply toilet paper, bring that too.The daily activities are very interesting and their outdoor/indoor pools are heated. Bar opens at 11 which differs from others who open at 1 or even 5. Customer service was excellent and staff was extremely helpful. One exception...in the morning if you eat breakfast at the hotel, there's only one person working the counter. During morning breakfast rush this is not goid and creates a long line and a long wait for hot breakfast and coffee. Just go cook in the room or eat at the many restaurants around. It will save frustration. Elevators are operated by your room key so you don't have to stop between floors to pick up or drop off others. Close to everything and connects to the boardwalk. I will definitely be booking here again anytime I stay in Myrtle Beach. All in, it really was a very pleasant experience. And definitely better than the other Hilton Grands.
