Not happy what so ever. Upon check in I asked for a room on one of the highest floors they said 14 fl was the highest available. So we checked in. When we got in the room 1404 we noticed huge bugs. Mind you Staying at the Hilton you’d never expect to see bugs. I requested a discount or something of course they declined and switched my room to room 2001 😒 on a floor higher atp I’m highly annoyed and very irritated. Not because there was actually a room available on a higher floor but because it was brand newly renovated with the freshest smell of paint ! Over it x100

What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was amazing! We were greeted by Sasha who was so pleasant and informative. Candace at Concierge was also so informative on specials and perks of members. Tiffany, GM, should be very grateful to have all of her staff. From the sweet man cleaning the floors, on all four, still looked up to say hello. To the bartender and all car valet were super friendly. Ok, the rooms…. WOW! Spacious and so lovely. I woke every morning to see the sunrise and from my bed!!! Oh the decor was lovely and I told my family we could live here for a month it felt so cozy. We will be back! Thank you for a week of serenity to celebrate my Dads life. I painted rocks and left a colorful spread around the hotel just as my Dad did to this world. Never underestimate the power of kindness.

On the beach at Myrtle Beach SC. Time share tower, atrium design. Slow elevators. Calm competent staff. Agreeable for large families. No restaurants or cafe but fully furbished kitchenettes. Tiny terraces with ocean view. Expensive bar. Threw a guest NYE party in 2nd floor lobby with DJ, photobooth & special room for children. Very accomodating.

Always have a great time here but this time definitely did not hit the mark, room had a weird smell in our room so I called down to the front desk and got no follow up so we ended up spraying some perfume to get rid of it, there has been a terrible smell in the hall way everyday and today's flavor was sewage, front desk person was short and acted like it was an inconvenience for us to spend our money here, check in was a nightmare, they were painting the ceiling and taking up a whole lane so barely 1 car at a time could get by and we waited out in the street for at least 30 minutes to even get to luggage drop off...for a new years eve experience for the amount of money we spent it was definitely an underwhelming experience to say the least. Good view of the ocean from our room and close to everything we wanted to do but will probably try another Hilton grand vacations location to spend the holidays next year

We had a great stay at Oceans 22. We had a 3 bedroom for our family of 6 and it was very spacious and the view was amazing! It was also nice to be able to walk right out to the beach so the location is great as well.
However, we were unaware when we checked in that our room would not be serviced at all during our stay. I called after two days and learned that we had to be there for 5 days but we were only there for 3 nights/4 days.
Also, unfortunately all but one of the elevators (not including the staff elevator) stopped working during check out. We waited for over 30 minutes and eventually part of my family started taking stuff down 9 flights of steps. There were LOTS of people frustrated and complaining about having to carry their bags down the steps. The ONLY thing that made it better was the employee that was sweeping around the elevators at the time (I think his name was Jacob) was kind enough to help us tremendously. He then helped us lug everything into the pool area to wait on valet to bring our van (they were backed up since it was check out time) and ALSO helped us load everything to the van. I mentioned to him that there was an elderly person that was still on our floor at the elevator trying to get down and he mentioned going up to help them get down with their bags. He was amazing and we appreciate him making a challenging situation better!
