We stayed for two nights. The place is actually kinda nice, a bit bigger than I thought, and it's a bit dated. Why the 2 stars? We asked for a non smoking room, got one reeks of smoke. When we came up to room, the smell of weed is so prevalent I thought I was in Amsterdam. The next morning I went to get coffee, I saw two staff members vaping inside the building, which explained the smells. Avoid!

Beautiful resort. We loved the facilities and all the wonderful amenities. I’m sorry but the valet service is something that we wasn’t used to. We usually don’t mind handling our own luggage and parking our car. Hotel parking was a block away so you drop off your car, they give you a ticket then call back when you need your car again. Nice views excellent service, so I imagine we will be returning soon. One more thing I almost forgot, we had a king room on the 12th floor. Beautiful view but it was the worst bed I had ever slept on. Felt like sleeping on boards. Terrible pillows too.

Decent place, but not quite as nice as it looks in the photos. Hotel itself is Kind of old. I got an ocean front king suite and it was pretty nice. Spacious and great view from the balcony. Not exquisite, but overall a pretty decent value.

Booked a king room because pictures showed a jacuzzi tub and a nice remodel of the room with no sight of a shower in the pictures but turned out I got a shower and a non remodel room if i wouldve known i wouldnt have booked it. TVs were outdated, cups were dirty or smelt weird. Other than that it was great.

Location and service were fine but our room was DISGUSTING. Came into the room with water all over the floor and the HVACs drain pan completely full, maintenance came and the filter they removed was covered in black mold. Apart from walking into water on the floor walls, floors, bathroom had stains everywhere. Has the hilton name and service but nothing else.
