At check in my information was not on my booking but Tristan was very helpful, patient and pleasant with me. Breakfast was great and hot every morning! The breakfast area was nice and spacious the news was playing on the TV and it was still quiet. The staff w as very friendly as well. My on Tuesday night my daughter was able to visit the pool. She was extremely excited about the indoor pool. I expected the room to be cold, but surprisingly it was not, the room was very warm. The entire hotel stay was great! We were also able to go to the Food Lion that was right across the street from the hotel, just a short walk to pick up few things in the morning before heading to the Covention center. This is a must stay if you are in the area.
