  So I work for Hilton stayed at this hotel paid 136.00 plus tax and 100 deposit refundable deposit ok so I use my card ending in 3460 I have chime only chime no other card and chime is pretty fast with refunds so I look at my receipt in my email it said another card ending in 4773 that's not my card number at all don't know who card number that is I'm not rich I pay attention so I called up there to explain some lady said what card that I scan is the card they used my chime card that 4773 is not my card I don't know who card that is so my thinking is that's somebody's card and some is stealing money but I'm going to get to the root of this no telling how many times this happened and some people are rich and don't pay attention but me I pay stand it's some funny business going on I have my chime transactions that shows they took the money screenshot and all I'm going to work and talk to my manager get in contact with corporate some fishy business is going on here. Just when I rent a room I'm taking a picture of the person who checked me in and receipts and all. And anyone reading this please do the same pay attention to your receipts make sure your number matches and the guy who checked me in his name is Ian he was the one that charged that 100 deposit Feb 10 1:01 pm

  Great time and great location! We got to come back to the room for naps and walk to our meal destinations and the view is spectacular!

  A quick turnaround work trip that turned into a very nice, relaxing stay. I arrived at night, this being my first trip here I wasn't aware of all of the hotels surrounding shops and boardwalk. I got up early before work the next day to go for a walk around the boardwalk to check everything out, wow there are some many places to go and shops to visit! I enjoyed my hour long walk and got to see some beautiful birds and fish, what a great photo opportunity! I enjoyed my rooms as well, it's was very clean and comfortable. This hotel has so much to do around it, I'd love to come back and enjoy it with the family!

  The rooms and the location were nice but there was a man who was one of the employees and was talking pictures of minors he took pictures of little girls so we got the police involved and the woman at the front desk tried to cover for him and say he wasn't taking pictures of them even though there were witnesses

  Let me start by saying that this location has an amazing staff. They should be praised for being so brand oriented, customer focused and just, overall, kind! However, these rooms are awful. Rotted exposed shower pans (with incomplete caulk covering what was obviously needing professional repair) "Landlord special" paint over tile that, in places was coming off in sheets. And even where it was not coming off, it was obvious and would have been better to have the original tile. This paint on the tile was disgusting and so off brand for Hilton. Many stains on the furniture, TVs with bad pictures and an overall unclean vibe. I have had better, cleaner and better maintained stays at a Quality Inn. And that's honestly saying a lot. Hilton should be ashamed of this property. It's in desperate need of a full gut remodel (see Hampton Inn Charleston/west Ashely). If Hilton is ok with this location being "on brand" then I promise I and many others will find another brand.
