When we arrived to check in, someone tried to break into my car seconds after we got inside and the guy checking us in said "well, there is a first for everything." Cool. Dirty rooms. Thin walls. At check out i let the front know i left the keys in the room. The lady didn't even look up me just said "have a good day." Awful customer service. Only nice thing about this place was the location convenience.

Paid extra for the jacuzzi room so my wife can take a hot bath during our 3 day 2 night stay only to find out we only had hot water for half a day on one of the days. Had to take cold showers to even clean ourselves only to be told by the front desk they are on the roof working on it. And the hot water lasted not even a day when they were finished. The “heated pool” was far from heated after it was closed for so long for renovation. The location is still amazing and the staff is friendly but the building is just ran down. Last time for my family here we will drive to Broadway at the beach if it means hot showers.
