  We stayed at this hotel while passing through and had a good experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The floors are laminate so no worries about damp carpeting. The heat/AC unit looked to be new and worked well. Water was hot and the water pressure was strong, an often overlooked thing. There is no view, as the hotel is sandwiched between a nursing home and a go-kart track, but this is a best western, not a four seasons. If you are expecting a beachfront view, then expectations need to be adjusted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have coffee, teas, and hot chocolate complimentary 24/7 courtesy of a really fancy commercial keurig machine in the lobby. The machine grinds coffee fresh for each cup. This was a lovely touch. The hotel is located nearby local attractions and is a short drive from shops and things to do. The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels I've been to with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast bar was equipped with a yogurt dispenser (no yogurt sitting out on the counter) with a nice selection of parfait toppings, a machine that made pancakes fresh to order, grits, oatmeal, a selection of breads and pastries, eggs, smoked sausage, roasted potatoes, and a juice machine. The lady attending to the breakfast bar was attentive and was constantly back and forth making sure everything was stocked and clean. The dining room and tables were clean and neat with plenty of seating. All in all, we had a great stay. And on top of that. The price was very reasonable for the level of service we received. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

  The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The shower curtain was too small and narrow and did not have a liner so floor got soaked with shower and really not enough towels to clean it up. Other than that it was a comfortable stay

  Had a very good experience at this hotel. I recently stopped staying at BWs because it's such a hit or miss experience and lately I've had a lot more misses. I am happy to report this location was a hit! Coming in the Jamaican desk agent was pleasant and knew her craft. The hotel was clean and the rooms were in good condition. I was really surprised because the room furniture is the "older" style, but it was not scuffed up or worn like you usually find in these hotels. There were CLEAN laminate floors so you're not worried about how dirty the carpet actually is. The room even had a ceiling fan... Nice touch! The star of the stay was the breakfast. Delicious sausage links, biscuits and gravy, fluffy eggs, a pancake machine, milk, yogurt, and all the other items you expect to find. The breakfast gal was hustling keeping everything stocked and fresh. I will definitely come here again just for the breakfast!
